Scott was one of them and gave us a time frame of about 3 weeks which we thought was pretty good especially since the other company couldn't get to us for over a month. We were looking to have a few semi-flush mounted light fixtures, a ceiling fan and chandelier above the stairs replaced, and an outlet added so that we could move our TV above the fireplace. Scott was very professional and worked quickly. I was both pleased and surprised that he even changed his shoes before coming in the house and swept up after himself. I was also very thankful that he was able to fix an incorrectly installed ceiling fan that could have come down at any time (our baby is obsessed sitting under and watching our ceiling fan when it is on). He is priced fairly, does great work in a timely manner, and cleans up after himself. What more can you ask for? I would not hesitate to recommend his services and I will definitely be contacting him for future projects.

We moved to Vermont in 2021 to be close to family. We have used two septic companies to pump out…read moresystem, but our septic alarm went off in the middle of the night. I called Royal flush after calling another company with no response, and very early Charlie the owner came out and emptied the tanks and was able to see that one of the pipes in tank was not connected. It was clear to Charlie that we needed a plumber since this is not what his company does. He called another company/plumber and literally they happened to be driving past our house on another call. The plumber and another employee of the plumber talked with Charlie onsite and inspected the pipes, cut the main pipe to have a part to take with them to make sure they had what they needed for the situation. In the process the whole pipe system broke off in the tank. Two years ago, we had the main line pipe replaced, the tank pump, and the in tank electric box replaced. Both Charlie and the plumbers found mistakes in the previous work. They then pulled up the pump, and it probably had been running full time for days to months, which might explain why our electric bill went up from $170 to $350 a month for a while. They then gave me options. I kept the pump, but they fixed the box, replaced all the plumbing, and floats. What I do want to say though is, everyone one of these three men was they were incredibly knowledgeable, nice, honest, and very fair in their price. They knew what the problem was, and fixed it. I think we underestimate the power of one person's connections to others in a community to pull together a solution.

I got called back to schedule the appt. and got called back once to explain why the driver wasn't there in the morning. The pump out service was fine. I dug the opening and when they did finally show, it took less than 15 minutes to pump the tank. I just like talking to real people and not voicemail.
