I've decided to take my business to another car wash based on how I was treated here. I've been a loyal customer for over a year, and after replacing my debit card due to it being misplaced, my membership payment didn't go through since I didn't have the new physical card yet. Instead of showing any understanding, I was treated very poorly. They were able to see in their system that I've been a customer for over a year and even acknowledged it, yet still refused to let me through the wash just this one time. I even offered to pay with Apple Pay using my temporary digital card, but they declined it. In 2026, that's honestly hard to understand. Because of this experience, I chose to cancel my membership. However, after receiving and activating my new physical card, I was unexpectedly charged $39.99 again by this car wash despite already canceling. That raises serious concerns. I'll be contacting my bank to block any further charges. There are plenty of other car wash options that treat their customers better and provide better service overall. read more

Not good. I had two problems today. The car wash put a visible scratch in my car, and while I was trying to vacuum it and talk to them about said scratch I couldnt hear because they were blaring left wing political talk radio that was calling immigration officers thugs and criminals and raining f bombs on the President. Now this was sociologically interesting, but it was just not appropriate--even if you agreed it was just a bad idea--the business wanted any Republicans who happened to get a car wash to know they werent welcome. Crazy there are no adults at the business to let them know this was a bad idea. I assume this means they are lacking in adults to maintain equipment and keep the noise down in the parking lot. A valued member since 2021, The drive-thru attendant, Roshonda, destroyed my wiper blades and broke it off the wiper arm by use of excessive force with a soap brush. The manager was very apologetic for Roshonda's behavior. Filed claim and the corporate refused to replace a $12.99 wiper blade. They just lost a valued customer who pays over $350 a year... hell Mister Carwash, here I come!! read more

I used to get a wash at QuickQuack but there's been too many issues at that place so I wanted to try a different one. This one is the same concept; drive thru car wash and free vacuum. They do have much more amenities that is included with your wash//membership (see pictures). Their pricing is better, more vaccuum bays, and they're pretty well maintained, their vacuums for example. They also have staff everywhere that are very helpful. One of them even helped us power wash our floor mats. I got a membership here pretty much when they opened in an effort to keep my car clean and keep the trash at bay. I don't have it in me to make my car food free- that would probably be the best option, but I'm the first one to get snackies and my little drinks when driving, so that option is out. Next option is try to wash and vacuum my car more often. I aim for 2-4 times a month- every week or every other week depending on availability. It gets way too packed on weekends, to the point where you're questioning if crumbs are worth waiting around, but they're pretty quick and have people telling you where to park and let you know when a car is done vacuuming so you can pull up. My kids and I love the rainbow lights so that's a plus. I got exceptional service this past time when a gentleman got my kids popsicles (sorry I don't know his name), and a gentleman named Haston took my mats to vacuum, which was great service. I was planning on changing my car wash place because it's out of the way for me now, but I will continue to give them my business if I keep getting service like that! read more

It's an automatic carwash but you do your own interior. They have a monthly rate which gets you to the head of the line and their vacuums are strong and the cleaning cloths plentiful. read more

I have one simple complaint. This location is run by boys, not men. I don't think I get into any detail because yelp would take my comment down. I felt so uncomfortable with the comments/sexual jokes the employees said towards me. It was only 2 out of the maybe 5 I interacted with that were that way with me. also, side note: they charged my card incorrectly. anyways, I'm being VERY serious if i wasn't in my work uniform (a small business i don't to make look bad i love my job) i would of gone off on them, i have never been so disrespected as a customer. some of my dignity was wiped away along with the dirt on my car from my trip here. I know it may seem like i'm blowing this out of proportion or i am straight up lying/exaggerating, but truthfully the anxiety i have been feeling since it all happened speaks for itself. it was a little while ago and it's taken me some time to build up the courage and write this review. I bought the most expensive wash and I went through and only one side of my car was clean. I didn't wanna bother the people but but I paid 22 dollars and so I told one of the employees. He was super nice and had me go through again. Again... only one side of my car was clean. I didn't tell him, I don't want to bother him but this car wash is definitely not worth it. This is hands down one of the worst corporate cultures I have ever experienced with a company. Below I am posting a BBB complaint resolution. The company did not even have the decency to answer my complaint. The equipment at the Georgetown location of Whitewater Express car Wash did more than $8,000 of damage to my new Chevy Silverado. Complaints are not responded to via email or by phone call. Do your due diligence about this company, because I have found more than 100 complaints Nationwide with people who have had damage done to their vehicle, and the company accepts no responsibility at any time. Yes, I'm aware of the so-called "we're not responsible for damage done to vehicles with aftermarket products on them.." But let me say this: just because of company refuses to accept responsibility and says a line like this, does not negate their liability for what they've done. If I drop an anvil on your mother's head but before I do it I say that I'm not responsible for brain damage done to your mother's head as a result of dropping an anvil it does not negate my responsibility. You can see pictures that I will enclose here of the damage done to my truck. Their machinery pushed my ladder rack back causing body damage on both sides of my truck. In texas, every other truck has a ladder rack. So to have untrained, unprofessional people who don't advise against your entrance into the car wash under such instances, makes it ludicrous to say that you're not responsible. I know a small claims court that is going to think otherwise. And I look forward to facing their idiot lawyers. 5 stars for kindness! I am a bit claustrophobic and started to feel panicky as I was about to enter the car wash. So decided I needed to get out of the line at the last minute, no easy task. I felt dumb, but the guys who worked there were super-helpful and assisted in directing me in backing out and getting out of the line. I know every detail of my vehicle, always. As soon as I exited the car wash, parked to dry off my car, I found a scratch 4 feet long all the way across the top side of my car! I thought this place would be worth the money but it's not. I was pretty sure that the last time I went through I got a scratch so this time I made sure to inspect my car thoroughly and then I took it through the wash. Immediately after drying it off I discovered probably a 3-ft scratch on my hood. It was very obvious as my car was brand new 6 months ago. I went in and told them I wanted to cancel in about the damage and they couldn't even apologize. Ridiculous and terrible customer service. So, unfortunately, I felt really uncomfortable washing my vehicle here due to two workers making me feel VERY uncomfortable. I bent over to get a water bottle that was stuck under the passenger seat in my car. One worker was straight, up looking at my rear end, and the other worker came up to me asking me if I was interested in buying a membership, I told him no thank you then he proceeded to tell me that he would like to talk to me and that's very unprofessional and not okay... (I did blow up at him because this individual and his coworker were laughing and looking at me not okay) keep in mind I was wearing workout clothes and I was on my way to the gym but still that is not an excuse to make a woman feel uncomfortable. The manager David was great. He listened to my story and he was very apologetic as well as another worker there, but still not okay...
