So disappointing. We payed for the 250 gold package and he didn't do everything that was supposedly included stating it was too hot. We have had better detailing at Rainforest. Left greasy splotchy spray residue all over leather interior. Sprayed on some type of leather treatment instead of applying with cloth. We had to go in with a damp towel to get the splotches out. He gave us a discount however we will never use his service again. He knew the temperature outside and he knew that we had a black car when he quoted the price. Update to my review based on Cory's response. I barely said two words to you and saying that I'm an angry person is extremely unprofessional. The owner was easy to get in touch with and arrived earlier than he expected, which worked out well for me! I paid $200 for the gold package detailing. I was mostly concerned about some spots and stains on my seats, and there are still remnants of the spots on my seats. I called Cory to detail my Scion XD, I live near a concrete plant and the car gets caked with dust daily. After reading a lot of reviews for a lot of different detailing services I found it really helpful that Cory had a website with pricing clearly marked and all of the various services clearly defined. So it was an easy choice. When I called for an appointment he was able to fit me in the very next morning. Cory arrived promptly and got right to work. I was very impressed with his friendly and professional demeanor. I was also impressed with Cory's mobile detailing rig, It has it's own pump, water supply, and power. That may be more common in the industry than I'm aware but I'd never seen one before and thought it was really cool. UPDATE: I called Cory yesterday to get the car detailed again. It was a mess. I'm pregnant and have a 3yo and 2 dogs, and haven't cared enough to keep it clean in a long while. He was able to come out with a crew of 4 the same day and took all the crud out, threw away the trash, and had the car sparking clean in maybe an hour and a half. Hooray! Also vacuumed the kid's car seat for me! About a year ago: When another mobile detailer didn't show up for an appointment, I found Cory on here and am glad I did. Our Volvo recently traveled from Boston to Canada to Texas with a toddler and 2 dogs, but you would never know. Cory did a great job and brought everything he needed, including a water supply. Cory came out on the same day I contacted him. He was very friendly and professional and did two cars in one afternoon. One had had orange juice spilled in it all signs of that disappeared. I was extremely impress with the service I received. Out of all of the detailing services I have received since 2006, this by far is the best one ever. My schedule is extremely busy and these guys were able to come out to my residents and detail my car. I was able to get work done. They were done in one hour to be exact. First I'll start by saying the crew is hard working but not worth the money spent. To be honest a 40 dollar car wash would have done a better job. For 200 dollars I expected a whole lot more. Windows aren't wiped down properly, dust and dirt still on the dash. Couldn't clean my wheels without charging another 150. Couldn't even buff out a a small but noticeable black mark on the hood with a little elbow grease could have come over. Wheel wells and suspension still dirty along with my high dollar steering stabilizers. Seats still could have been wiped down properly. Could have used the headlight restoration but didn't get that even though it comes with the package. Bugs still on the grill.
