I had more work for them to do but unfortunately the communication sort of fell and I never heard back from them on the additional work that I wanted done. I even had the foreman's number and texted him multiple times but he never got back to me. So they did the job but for some reason they didn't want any more money from me.

I took it upon myself to deduct the bill $25 each time they said they were gonna show up and didn't.

After he completed the second service, he requested payment that was $43 more than we agreed and said there was a discount I no longer get. I don't appreciate not being notified of a price increase and I think this is a sheisty way of doing business and taking advantage of customers. Take this as a warning that they will raise your agreed upon price and not notify you until after they have already completed services.

And I told them I had insurance the insurance will be taken care of it for some reason the insurance never paid it so they turn me over to a bill collection agency over this $600 finally my insurance paid and we had a settlement payment and then they overcharged me on the settlement payment. The first install attempt made our front porch roof look like a Hot Wheels track...fail. We have a porch swing that has up for over 20 years without any issues. They took it down to fix the porch ceiling, then left it down. After multiple, not so friendly conversations/ emails with Lily,she comes across very condescending, they came out and redid the roof and hung the porch swing. 2 weeks later, with 2 small grandchildren swinging on it, it fell. After MULTIPLE attempts to contact them, Lily responded that the swing, again that has been up forever, was not really their problem. When I asked about how to properly take the panels down, so I could do it myself, it has been crickets and tumbleweed. No response, no help. We knew we wanted a tile finish with a custom bench and grab bars. The finished product is outstanding. My mother cannot wait til the grout is try and she can take the first shower! Jason and Michael took everything down to the studs, reinforced the walls with real studs, fixed the wall that was absolutely NOT square (from the original builder 30 years ago) and replaced the original drywall with concrete board. The tile and grout lines are crisp and level looking. We shared we wanted white subway tile with a bench, a soap niche, and grab bars.
