I have no idea what you're talking about, and more importantly to actually find out if someone is perhaps using my information! First, she never contacted me about my x-ray results despite me calling and leaving messages asking for a return call multiple times a day (for 4 days after my x-ray). Instead, Midwest Clinic just emailed me a pdf of my x-ray results without any message or explanation, which was extremely unprofessional and quite frankly alarming from the patient's perspective. Second, when I finally got a hold of Toya on the phone, she told me she would email me a referral to a specialist but of course, I never got the email. No such referral was uploaded in my patient portal either. She really does not follow-up with her patients and does not do her job properly. Now I have to make a new appointment at a different clinic and start the process again because I do not trust the providers at Midwest Express Clinic. I would avoid going here if you want proper care.

Don't even think to ask a question like, what does this test mean and where do I call to make this appointment? I made an appointment with the hospital to get tests done that they ordered. Two weeks later, the Friday before my Monday appointment at 3:00pm the hospital called saying they wouldn't do the test because the doctor's office hadn't sent in approval to my insurance. I called the doctor's office and the lady who answered essentially told me it wasn't worth her time to work on it because it wouldn't be approved today. I originally went in for what I thought might be a gall bladder issue. The NP felt my stomach, told me it was absolutely not my gall bladder, and ordered several tests. When I returned with the results, she told me she was ordering a gall bladder test. I feel that this entire office is completely inept and they don't want to deal with patients. The bedside manner could use a total overhaul. Unfortunately, this is the only place close that takes my insurance, so I'm screwed. I can only hope they get enough negative reviews to make a change.

This office is ok so far the new staff members are another story I'm just very use to my Dr having her own office. As well as her own staff members. Well times are really changing But I'm ok so far with their location But I have to let y'all know this location is slow And the same people that check you in will just pick up the phone and start talking smh Because they have the staff doing 5 different jobs at 1 time. The location is very accessible by public transportation and is right down the street from Trinity Hospital. They offer a variety of specialties so you don't have to travel to several different locations when you need specialist care.
