This place is a sham. The prices indicated on their products is not what they are selling for. Everything is $2-3 more than indicated. I bought two packs of the mini king Palms wraps that were $1.99, however I paid $6 for two. Not the first time this has happened. When I questioned the guy, his response was "We told the manufacture to change their packaging". The reason the packaging hasn't changed is because the price hasn't changed. They do not have knowledge of their own products. I went in to buy a down stem and they had no clue what size they had. They said I could buy it, and if it didn't fit they could exchange it . When I came back, they charged me extra to exchange . The problem is, they still gave me the wrong piece. I'm done trying with them, that's what I get for supporting a local shop. I'll take my chances online next time, it seems like the same risk at this point. I'm very disappointed with their customer service and professionalism. Buy at your risk !
