Yes, but they do FAR better than any other place at the pre-wash and spare no effort so as to pretty much wash the car before it gets washed (kinda like EVERY dish washer known to man, despite what the [lying] brochure says about not having to 'pre-wash,' but that's another "1-star" review for dishwashers). The staff is amazing and there's a woman there who has been with them a long time, through some awfully cold weather - I almost feel bad when I pull through in the winter, like I should get out and help her (but I never do). The subscription service is a great idea if you live close, which I don't. The owner is extremely nice and goes out of his way to be sure every customer is happy (wish I could say the same for dishwasher manufactures - don't get me started on those deceiving scoundrels).

It felt a little funny letting a stranger drive off with our only vehicle, but they returned it in ship shape. It smells like a new car and it is spotless. I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and Patrick and Bob generously stayed with me for an extra 90 minutes at their desk after the closing time passed in order to answer all of my questions and assauge my anxieties. On CDs of 70 minutes of length or longer, you'd be lucky if this CD player gets through the last 10 minutes of the CD without the sound dropping out for a moment, even when the CD is pristine.
