My sis raved about this food truck so of course , I was fired up to try them. I ordered the crawfish nachos. The portion size was huge for the price. The nachos were just okay to me , nothing special. I was expecting a tastebud explosion but it never happened. Personally, there was way too much cheese and not enough crawfish. The cheese / crawfish ratio was extremely off. I couldn't eat them all. I also had a small strawberry lemonade/ pineapple sno cone. The sno cone was extremely refreshing and the perfect size. I would definitely order again. My sister had the shrimp nachos and she said they were just okay . Nothing special but she really loved the crawfish nachos she previously had at another event. While strolling through the Pepper Place Farmer's Market. I stopped by the Who Dat Snoball food truck. Don't let the name fool you, this food truck offers more than just snoballs! The menu has classic New Orleans dishes such as jambalaya, red beans and rice, gumbo, and étouffée. The menu also offers unexpected variety with the option for shrimp nachos. I tried the powdered beignets, crawfish étouffée, and strawberry snoball. My food was ready quickly, which I appreciated! The snoball was very refreshing. The beignets reminded me of Cafe du Monde. So they are a definite must-try !!!! The crawfish étouffée was delicious but could have been a little more spicy. If you see this this food truck definitely get in line and try something. I was really craving a traditional snow cone and specifically went out to the Ross Bridge farmer's market to stop by Who Dat Snoballs. I was not disappointed!! There are sooo many flavors and they use cane sugar, so the quality is amazing. There were several people around so it was hard to take pictures, but there were maybe 20 regular flavors, 5 creamy flavors, sugar-free flavors available, and you could also add toppings like sprinkles, whipped cream, and ice cream. There are three sizes of Snoballs and each comes with the first 2 flavors free. I got the smallest size and it was more than enough for me tonight. I tried the strawberry daiquiri and black cherry flavors, which seemed like they'd go together the best. The black cherry flavor was spot on and exactly what I hoping for. The strawberry daiquiri flavor also tasted very delicious and strawberry, but maybe not quite daiquiri. I would still get it again! When I got the snoball, I noticed that they had put a fun surprise in there... I'm not sure if this is standard, but it definitely brought a smile to my face. I had a lot of syrup left over -- they are very generous with the syrup! -- and was able to add it to sparkling water to have a refreshing drink afterward. I am so happy that I made the trip to finally taste Who Dat Snoballs. I highly recommend stopping by their truck, especially since summer has finally hit Alabama. I went on a special trip just to find this food truck so that I could try their snowballs! I was not disappointed. The snowball I got was very delicious and they had a lot of options for flavors! You can get two flavors and then there's a fifty cent up charge for any additional flavors you get. I ordered Tiger's blood, blue bubblegum, and red velvet cake with cream. Tasty! I also ordered the nachos and they were pretty good but the chips were really soggy. Definitely not something I would eat often but they were interesting to try. One thing I will say (and why I'm giving four stars instead of five) is because they absolutely do not answer the number they provide on their business pages. I wasn't sure which location to go to today because the information on their social media page was kind of misleading, so I decided to call to be sure and they never answered. So I ended up going to the wrong location at first. Good thing I had a lot of free time today because I ended up going to their other location listed for today and luckily they were there! No problem with in person customer service and parking was easy. Right near the location they were parked. As I said before my main reason for visiting Who Dat was for the snowball and that was a 5/5 but answering business phone is so important! read more

My husband and I live in letson farms and saw their truck was at the clubhouse for lunch so we swung by and got a large tigers blood snoball and a small crawfish etouffee to share and man if we had only known how good it was gonna be we would've gotten a large! Line wasn't long at all, but still the service was quick and the food was great! Glad we stopped by I see them over at the gas station near us all the time and now that I know how good it is I'll be stopping by often! read more
