I used my phone to search and all the tow companies in my town were closed, except for Pence. I called them, and the lady on the phone was very kind and sweet. They sent someone out to help me, and I was home within the hour. I expected a big bill because that's what other tow companies charge, at least that's what I heard. Pence charged me four times LESS than their competitors, and their staff is skilled and helpful. I will always call Pence Towing Service when I need help! Thank you, guys!

I spoke to them them multiple times about what time I would arrive and was cutting it close. I was expecting to arrive at 4:30 and they closed at 5. I talked to the secretary around 2 (I was driving from 2 hours away) and she didn't tell me I needed to bring anything specific with me. I called around 4 to make sure they didn't close up early on me and the wife yelled at me that I had to get another piece of information from the tag office before I could pick up my vehicle. So I went ahead and did that and arrived at 5:02. Had my car almost 4 hours (which the amount of time doesn't bother me but my car was not finished…read morewhen they told me to come pick it up) and there are SEVERAL spots that had been missed. I had a spot of makeup on my steering wheel that they didn't even try to get out (ended up scrubbing it off after my car got "detailed") my seats look nice but doesn't really look like my car got cleaned more like they just rubbed shiny stuff all over it and even the day after I had to get a paper towel to get all the oil off it. Over half my change was missing, mostly a bunch of quarters (also had to ask for my change back) I thought I could trust to keep my change. I tipped $25 on top of paying $175. I didn't realize all the mistakes until after I had left. Lesson learned. Won't be back.
