Nothing wrong with this store, but it gets 3 stars VS 4 or 5 because of the sales tactics they use. You can go in for a specific product but whoever is working will do their best to sway you towards all the in house Wholesale Nutrition brands. Reminds me of Nutrishop or GNC. Most of the name brands are honestly just up there for looks. Their pre gives me the poops, and I've tried dozens of PWOs Better off going to Vitamin Shoppe where you can shop freely without the sales tactics. read more

Got some Intek products such as their protein, pre-workout, and BCAA. I recommend getting the sour apple BCAA flavor and the s'mores for the protein powder. The sour apple and the s'mores flavor tasted exactly like an actual granny smith apple and an actual s'more. The pre-workout I got was amazing as well. It peaked nicely and did not crash after. I've been to the garden grove location and this location, both are great.. staffs seem to know their sht and knowledgeable. This Sprouts is equally a pleasant shopping experience. Normally if I get coffee, I'd order from Klatch using their app then pick it up in store and be on my way, but the last two times I needed groceries and decided to get them here since I picked up my coffee here and to save me a trip to Amazon Fresh. After picking up my coffee, I was looking at my phone at a TikTok for ingredients and an employee walked up concerned and asked me if everything was ok since I was kind of hovering by the end of the aisle. I let her know I was ok and that I was just looking down at my phone, I wasn't sad and we had a chuckle. Once I figured out what I needed I turned down the pasta aisle and another one of the employees was going down that aisle at the same time and greeted me and asked if I found everything ok and I said, yes, thank you! I was honestly there for about 15 minutes and it felt like everyone was making sure I was ok and that's the other reason why I would shop here over Amazon Fresh. I was told by this couple that I know that shops here religiously that they have very good deals on Tuesday? Something about checking the ends of the aisles or you can find deeply discounted items here. Parking here can get a little crazy and nowt hey have Tesla chargers at the end of the lot so it's a little busier with that traffic, but I've always been able to find a good parking spot. It's nowhere near as bad as Costco and Amazon Fresh across the street.

I had seen Egg Whites International advertised in several fitness magazines over the years, but had…read morenever "believed" that they or their claims were real. You know how it is with mail order! You get something other than what you ordered, IF you get it at all. So I was a little leary about ordering a product that I had never tried, especially something as delicate as egg whites. Anyway, my first interaction with them was at the Anaheim Fit Expo in August 2016. They had a booth set up and my friend and I were able to actually talk to them and get more of a feel for their company. They had samples of their egg whites mixed with protein powder and we were able to try them for the first time. I was really impressed with the flavor. It wasn't as "snotty" as I thought it would be...you know, eggs especially the whites have a thick and snotty or slimy texture... Anyway, it was really tasty and creamy. My friend placed an order, but I wasn't ready to, yet. Fast forward to the Los Angeles Fit Expo this past January... There they were, again! We stopped by and spoke with Mac, who really explained everything in detail. He asked if I wanted to sample a protein shake, again but I told him no, that I was filled to the brim of samples and couldn't put anything else in my belly, or I'd puke! He went on to explain the special expo pricing and gave me all kinds of options. Ultimately, I chose to buy the 2 gallon package and one of their pumps. There were bigger packages, but I didn't want to spend so much the first time around. I wanted to try it out and see the results before I committed to more. I was able to pay cash at the expo, as I was still trying to let the smoke dissipate from my credit card. I placed my order that Sunday and Mac promised that it would be delivered on Monday and it was!! I received two gigantic tubs that were frozen. I thawed one and kept the other in the fridge. They can be frozen for up to six months or thawed in the fridge for up to three. I bought their own pump for precise measurements. One pump equals 1 ounce, which is 1.25 egg whites, which is 3.25g of protein! It is tasteless and odorless, which is a huge plus for me. It's all natural, so no GMO's, no preservatives, no fat, no cholesterol, equals 120 calories per cup, and only 2g of carbohydrates per cup. Yes, they are pasteurized, salmonella tested, USDA Inspected and Kosher approved. You can cook with them and they even have recipes available online. The egg whites make a big difference in the taste of a protein shake. Initially, you'd think it would be nasty, but it made my vanilla shake literally taste like cake batter! Definitely worth it! Because the egg whites need constant refrigeration, they didn't have them at the expo. You just pay first and they are shipped to you. He checked my address and told me that I would receive mine on Tuesday. I couldn't believe that I would get them so fast, but it's true! Monday night, I received an emailed shipment confirmation

I wish I had gotten the name of the person who helped us when we arrived. We mentioned it was our first visit, and they took the time to walk us through customer favorites and share their personal recommendations, which made the experience feel even more special. The Brulala latte was exceptional, and I absolutely loved the strawberry matcha as well. The pastries were incredible... we seriously considered ordering extras to take home. And whatever you do, don't skip the baklava! The overall vibe was relaxed and comfortable. I also appreciated seeing the baristas using their downtime to keep the shop clean and tidy, which says a lot about the pride they take in their work. Before leaving, I made sure to let the team know how much I enjoyed my visit. Everyone was so kind and genuinely happy to hear that my boyfriend and I had such a positive experience. My favorite drinks are hot Spanish latte and iced Okinawa latte. If I could change one thing about Dripp it would them making drinks by time stamp whether it's in person or online. The baristas prioritize in-person orders. On multiple occasions, I've ordered 10-15 minutes before arriving and end up getting my drinks after customers who I see ordering in person. Pro tip: if you're in a rush, don't do a mobile order.

I've been fortunate to shop at this place for years and my expectations get exceeded every time I go! First off, their pricing is the best I've ever seen, period. Second, their selection is amazing, they have everything anyone would need and a ton of brands to choose from. Last, their customer service has no equal. One ended up not being V so I returned it with 10 mins of purchasing it. The new employee at the store didn't understand that when you refund part of a purchase, you refund the tax paid for that portion as well. He called the owner and owner told me to never come back in the store over $1.50 of tax. Don't worry you will not have my business any longer, I'll just go to STONE SMOKE SHOP right down the street. The owner is amazing (there almost all the time), great prices and if he does not have it in stock he will order it for you.

You will note a huge AUTHORIZED ROOR dealer sign on their front door (see picture). Pro tip: they are definitely NOT an authorized Roor dealer. I checked with Roor directly and you can look up real authorized dealer locations on their Roor website. So anyway I bought a piece of "Roor" glass that I quickly learned was a cheap counterfeit. Bummer. Had to buy another rig from a reputable online dealer. They also play the game at this store where prices aren't listed on anything and they try to gouge you for max cost. Bought a torch that he initially said was $45. We pulled it up on Amazon on our phone showing it was only $25 and he said "oops sorry it's actually only $30". I call these types of stores "shadymart" because that's how they do business. Ignore all these old reviews that don't apply to the new owners. Avoid at all costs.
