This review is only for customer service/experience not the actual tobacco products sold here. I've been in this store twice so far this year, not for smokes but for lottery tickets. The guy who I am assuming is the owner is nice. The store itself is narrow but wide enough to handle more a large crowd. It has nice lighting and wood flooring. Very clean. He always greets me when I enter the store, even if he is in the back room. I am able to get in and out fairly quick, then again I do stop in fairly early in the morning. The lady with long brown hair sold me a faulty nitrous cracker and I walked out literally 2 minutes later I walked back in to complain about my faulty product to replace it. She wouldn't refund me even half the amount of the original one. I paid 10$ for the first one and gave me 2 less expensive ones and yelled at me when I touched her service dog in training . DO NOT BUY MODS TANKS AND ESPECIALLY BATTERIES FROM THIS PLACE!! I bought a battery for a new mod I bought off offer up, brand new. The owner sold me a battery that she checks to make sure she says work, I thought it was mod until a month later my mom accidentally put her battery in and it worked! So I told owner she said it was too late no exchange no refunds. At that point I had already bought another mod, so stupid of me, but give her a chance and bought two "new" batteries from her again. Then 3 weeks later my mod goes dead once again I thought it was mod, these batteries are suppose to last over a year even two depending how much u vape as told by a guy who works at vape store. So I took them back she wouldn't let me exchange them, and two days earlier I bought a battery for the first mod I wanted to give to my girl. I take it back TWO DAYS LATER! Because her employees can't do any exchanges ( and she is only there once a week) and she puts it on her thing and it's says it's no good, I'm like yea I know!! I took it home and it didn't work! She wouldn't give me one that would, cause she said she hadn't seen that battery in 2 weeks, I said I just bought from here from a girl who are clueless about vaping 2 DAYS AGO??!! So I dumped 65$ on bunk batteries. SO TRUST ME DONT BUY ANYTHING VAPE RELATED THERE, TRUST ME. Came here about a week right as they were closing. Owners are very friendly and kept the store open so I could shop.

So I have been to this place several times and on 12/3/17 I was making a small purchase (under $10.00) and I had some quarters. The girl working told me her boss wouldn't allow her to accept the quarters because they have been burned before! On what, counterfeit quarters? I was going to be forced to use my debit card which includes an extra fee. No problem, I went right down the street and purchased what I needed and I will never burden this place again with my coins or my business! read more
