Scam company ; rude, disrespectful, sent wrong item - out of business shortly ; how can they deal with customers like that ?

I placed an order for 12 girls winter coats for Warmth Project at my church. I now understand that they turn over merchandise every hour, so your chance of getting this is rare. They check the order for availability and quality, and the next day they ask you to call them. They tell you items aren't available, here's a substitute which was more expensive. I accepted and went through the process of redoing PayPal. After days of seeing no shipping, I called after seeing Awaiting Payment. They've had my payment since Oct 26th. Once more I get an email to call them. They made an error on the quantity, it's not 12 but 24 coats, and I HAVE to pay MORE! I told them to cancel the order. I finally received my refund on November 10th. I will NEVER use this company again. Too much aggravation. read more

***DO NOT SHOP HERE--- YOU ARE BEING WARNED** I placed an order three weeks ago, I finally got my order last week with incorrect items and items missing! Mind you this is for a back to school charity giveaway! Immediately I called the company, a young lady on the other end and customer service was very kind. Help me find the missing items and so I placed a new order for the items that were missing from my initial order.... She made promises that the order was shipped out the same day. A few days pass, and I never received a tracking number. I called three days later, with the event approaching within three days and I was told that my order did not ship due to declined payment.! I needed my items in the next three days for the back to school event!!! July 28th I explain to customer service the issue regarding the first order, and that I needed this order for the back to school giveaway. The customer service was so atrocious! I've never in my life, been talked to that way, especially by a business I was cursed at, called a liar, and demeanor do to a declined payment. Mind you I have over $300,000 in that account.! I asked customer service for a supervisor ---- I was given a team lead... she was very, very rude and told me there's nothing that she can do except take a payment and abruptly put me on hold and said I'll get someone "higher up" that's when DAVID the "Floor supervisor" picked up the phone - and immediately begin to yell and scream, and say that they made several attempts to contact me via email, it's not their fault that I didn't respond to email, but my order is not going out unless I want to pay for expedited shipping! I asked him nicely to allow me to explain to him What's going on Regarding the initial order where they dropped the ball which led to this order having to be placed note: I only received one email which said your order status has changed. (I took that as it was being prepared for shipping.) He declined me to speak and said over and over and over that he's gonna hang up the phone. He doesn't have F'ing time for this, as there are other customers orders that needs to be packed, and if I want to call him back after 3 PM, then I can feel free to do so. I explained to him not a problem and asked for his name what he gave me, David, and he begin to give me his badge number, and then he rejected to give me the badge number. I told him at that point go ahead and just placed my order. I'll pay for the expedite shipping and I'll take this up with corporate. That wasn't good enough for him, he told me hell no that he was not placing the order because there was too much said today! Even though my order was already packed, and ready to be shipped out pending payment. So he took his personal feelings and Robbed disadvantaged children their back to school items! Poor customer service. I placed an order for 36 pairs of Gildan sweatpants for a food bank. After receiving an ambiguous confirmation without much info about shipping date and availability, I was never emailed that the order had been shipped much less delivered to my third party. Specifically asked them if I would be receiving 60 packs of underwear and not 60 pairs of underwear. Then of course they sent 20 packs of 3 pairs equaling 60. I ordered at the end of October and had to call and write over 20 times to get most of my order. To this day I still have not received a piece worth $200 - 2 months after I was told they were not going to send it - that I would get a refund. Now 2 months later .. No refund and they are saying there is no proof I didn't receive it. If I want they can start an investigation. Now I've been on hold for 20 minutes after asking for a manager and being refused. Do not order with them. The items received were sub par and not worth the supposed discount. Better to just buy off amazon.. or dollar from store. Shipping took months for items that did arrive. I ordered bulk Gildan Hoodies in a variety of colors and they arrived a different brand a majority of one color and orange and green and all the orange ones had holes and are unusable. When I contacted customer service she replied yes they will have holes. So if I want to return them I have to ship them myself and pay a restocking fee. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I went to purchase 35 pairs of warm socks at 69 cents each, for some homeless groups that live in my area. I thought it was probably a scam, but for $24 bucks, it might be worth a try since WSD are liquidators. The catch... it would cost me $442 to ship the 35 pairs of socks! Yikes! Good thing I checked. Go to the Better Business Bureau for some interesting reading of the complaints made against WSD, and save yourself a major headache! read more

Run don't walk from this seller who makes claims and promises with a nice website but fails to deliver. Touting a charity and non-proft section but does not respond to calls, emails. Waiting over two weeks for a 3 day delivery is not acceptable in a world where there are 100 others to step in and offer basic customer service. If I could give a negative review I would. I work for a non profit family shelter and food pantry. Since the pandemic we have not been able to run our back to school drives like we have in the past. Last school year I ordered bulk prefilled backpacks through Amazon, however, that company was out of stock of a lot the styles I was interested in purchasing. Doing a google search I found Wholesale Socks and they seemed to have what I needed to fulfill a 315 piece order at a reasonable cost to us. I placed the order at the beginning of August thinking I had plenty of time based on their shipping and fulfilling timeframe for the August 30th school start date. I checked every few days to make sure we were on time to ship to arrive prior to August 30th. I even checked prior to leaving for a week vacation thinking they would arrive while I was away. Shame on me. When I asked if the bags had arrived I was informed they had not. I tried to chat with the customer service online and told to call them. I called and asked again where my order was. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and when the rep came back on he said, "oh we ran out of stock. Your order was canceled." Immediately I received an email saying the order was canceled. A week later after I inquired they tell me it canceled? Had I not called would the order still be in limbo? I was furious that I had let down 315 kids even though I know this was not my fault. the topping on the call was when I asked to speak to a supervisor the kid on the other line said, "I spoke to him already, that's how I know it was canceled." "Yes, well I would like to speak to him." "Oh, (pause) he's not available." Really? When I said this was a disgusting way to run a business based on fulfilling the needs of shelters and schools the response was, "ok". Thank goodness another company, DollarDays was able to help me out of this horrible situation and get me what I needed in a rushed matter with amazing customer service. BUYER BEWARE. The seller cancelled my order claiming item was out of stock and then raised the price by 50%. Samantha was rude and unprofessional.

This company claims to offer its "wholesale" prices to individual shoppers online, and that's great in theory. The only problem is, you may receive irregular or defective merchandise. I recently purchased a 12-pack of socks from them and each pair had a stitching defect in the toe area that made the socks unwearable. I contacted the company asking if I could return the socks and receive a refund, but never heard back from them. In my opinion, selling merchandise to consumers without warning them that it may be defective and then ignoring them when they want to return the defective item, is outright fraud. I urge people to beware of this company. read more

We received items that were for children despite the description suggesting that items could be used for teachers and charities serving the homeless. When your order arrives it is not what was pictured and then they give you the nonsense story that you got what you ordered because it says assorted. Was purchasing backpacks for a non-profit school supply giveaway. Ordered on Aug 16th, needing the backpacks by Aug 27th. They gave me a 3 day shipping window, so we've got plenty of time. Here's what happened: Aug 16-Get e-mail at 4:58PM telling me they are out of stock of what we ordered, please call to resolve. Call a few minutes later, office closed at 5PM. Aug 17-Change the order to new item, more expensive. Aug 25-Nothing has happened. I contact their chat and am told I should get my order somewhere around Sept. 1. I tell them that's unacceptable and they should tell customers if they typically take 5+ business days to fill an order. The response, "I'm not gonna argue with you, just cancel your order." Ok, I will. I get an e-mail telling me my refund would be delivered in 1-3 business days. Sept 1-I still have no refund. Try the chat again. Refund was authorized on August 30th. Apparently they just wanted to hold on to my money for another week. Am told this time that refunds take 3-5 business days. If I could I would give them zero stars! We were on the hunt to find giant 24" bubble wands and my husband found them online. I was skeptical at first because I've never heard of them. However, I placed the order for the wands they had, which were exactly what we were searching for since Big Lots didn't have them this year. I placed the order and paid for the upgraded 3 day select shipping which was an extra $67. which I then get an email after placing the order explaining in the fine print that USPS & UPS aren't guaranteeing the 3 day shipping due to covid impacts and that no refunds on shipping. But then I get a phone call from someone from their company the following day, stating that they could guarantee that it will arrive by 8/3 for my son's bday, and then I rebutted that I already received their email explaining the stipulations of the shipping, yet she continued to inform me that if I pay an additional $75 that it would be guaranteed to arrive by the 3rd, and we went back and forth and yet she continued to assure me that it would arrive by the the 3rd because she said she just spoke with her warehouse and that it's in stock and that it will be shipped that very day and it will arrive by the 3rd! Well I received the shipping notification that initially said expected delivery of the 3rd, and now it's not coming til later! I called to ask them for a resolve to my complaint and they basically said they did their part and they shipped it earlier than they normally would from their 3-5 days, and that they won't refund the shipping upgrades even though their rep called me and said she could guarantee it! And that I would need to take it up with UPS! This is SO NOT OKAY! Don't guarantee things to paying customers that you cant guarantee for a service that they guarantee verbally! read more

This place is weird/strange and not professional, I placed an order, then got an email hours later saying they cancelled my order, with no reason for the cancellation. I will NOT EVER attempt to order from this place again, and I would NOT recommend them! Very disappointed, I order these style dresses all the time and every company I have ordered from includes and even mix of sizes, you never can pick but it is always equal numbers of S, M, L, XL. I ordered the lot of 72 dresses and received 48 XXL dresses and 24 XL dresses. These are for our customers at our spray tan salon and most are tiny so these are basically pointless. I called and the girl that answered seemed very surprised that there weren't any M or L in there. She gave me the email of customer service and to send pics of what I received. Customer service contacted me and said that no sizes are guaranteed and I either had to keep all of them or send all back. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. LESSON LEARNED. Normally I research and look at reviews before ordering but since these were the same dresses and lot sizes I assumed they would send a variety of sizes. After seeing their reviews, I wish I would not have ordered from them. I now have 72 HUGE DRESSES that will fit 1% of my customer base. read more

They sent an email saying they needed us to call them in regards to the order. I call and they say they actually don't have the item that we ordered. Then they want to switch me to a different item. They said the item that they were trying to switch me to was the same price even though on their website it showed $25 cheaper. They said no that's not correct. So I said I would call them back so I could do some research. I called back and spoke with someone else. Again I brought up the other products that were similar and less expensive and as I was talking to them on the phone they deleted them from their website and said "we're out of stock" on those also. They offered me a similar product coming from a different Warehouse which came with less stuff (no display) and was more expensive. I finally agreed to not only get one but I was getting desperate so I ordered two. I asked them about shipping and when we could possibly expect the items. They said okay, we will update your order and that I'd get a confirmation email and then another email when it ships and I could expect the items probably no later than 10 business days. A week and a half go by and I don't have an email of any sort. I emailed their customer service with my order information to inquire as to the status and I received no reply. I tried calling them several times during business hours and I would either get a busy signal or it would just say I was forwarded to voicemail. I tried both phone numbers they have on record. Nothing professional-sounding, just , "voicemail". These items were hundreds of dollars and for our business. It caused a major problem. I will not do business with them again. I don't even know if they are real. I have read many other reviews saying that their orders got canceled and were not told by the company. I'm fairly certain that they are just a middleman Drop Shipping Company which means they simply connect customers with other warehouses and companies selling products. They then take a cut of the money and have the product shipped from the other company directly to you. They don't keep track of the inventory, obviously, and have terrible customer service and business ethics. read more
