He pulled the washer out from the wall to check on the motor. She was told the motor was bad and it would be cheaper to replace the washer rather than repair it. When he moved the washer, he tore her flooring but didn't tell her. He just put the washer back and never turned turned her water off. She left the next day for a week on her honeymoon to return to a leaking washer (wouldn't have leaked if tech turned it off or at least told her it was still on) that had now went through the hole in the flooring, permeated the subfloor and leaked into the basement. Kurts said the tech didn't move the washer, so he couldn't have made the hole (my daughter watched him move it), and she called because it was leaking-- so they will not stand behind their work. It wouldn't have leaked throughout the week had the technician turned the water back off, the way he found it. They claim no responsibility for anything.

A lady named Terri Ann greeted me when I arrived and showed me several choices and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She wasn't pushy, just wanted to answer all my questions. I made my decision and went to the front of the store to make delivery arrangements. The owner even joined us for a bit which I thought was great customer appreciation. Terri Ann made it a great experience for me, no high pressure and a smile all the way. Also, they delivered it two days later. They arrived and took our old set out, installed it and installed the new set and hauled away the old one. I am very happy with the entire experience and the people I worked with!

The unit would still not pump out all of the water. I asked to have this dishwasher replaced with a new unit because I was not keeping this one which was on its second service call and had not washed the first load of dishes. I had paid over $1,000 so I felt my request to be reasonable. I did try to buy another unit from Millards but there were none available in the finish I needed. They destroyed my check and picked up the non-working unit. HOWEVER, they sent me an invoice for $125 for installation which had a hand written note on it "You Owe This!" and underlined. When I went to the store and spoke with Greg Millard regarding this invoice, he told me what a favor he did us by not also charging for a pickup. That was a little more than insulting. This is what I would have expected from one of the "big box stores" and why I chose to pay a little more and get customer service over price. That was clearly not the case at this store.

They said of course they do and proceeded to take a look at my phone. They then told me they could fix it no problem, just the replacement wouldn't have the apple logo on the back of my phone. I was completely fine with that and went ahead to pay for the replacement piece and bring it in the next morning before work since they said they had a drop box for such things. Turns out there wasn't even a drop box besides for shipment packages and it wasn't even locked from the outside. So the next day I got around to turning it in and after 2 hours they let me know it was finished. I stop in to pick it up and once I walked out I notice the back of my phone was falling off! I became very frustrated and went back in to let them know and they took it back. A few hours later I stopped back in and they gave me my phone, AND IT WAS STILL MESSED UP. All around both of the camera lenses was a gap that you can clearly see into the components of my phone which I am deeply worried about dirt getting stuck in and ruining or messing with my phone. All in all, I am very disappointed and frustrated with this establishment. If I could, I would rate 0 stars... but I had to put 1 so I can leave a comment.

My FAVORITE farm store in the area! I stop in at least 2x a week to pick up…read morefeed/bedding/supplements/you name it. Running a farm is hard work but having this store down the road makes life easy. The staff is always so pleasant and my kiddo and I just love stopping in sometimes just to see the bunnies!!!! Posting this for those who want to make sure you are going to a safe store during the covid…read moreoutbreak . This is not one of those safe stores. All employees I had seen were not wearing masks. There was no sneeze guard on any of the registers which puts you within two feet of an unmasked person. there was nothing to wipe carts with and no one was wiping them between employees. Apparently this is a popular place to go is you are not masked because customers were unmasked and several of them coughing . the store had many people in it and not many of them were social distancing and there was absolutely no advisement on the door or a sign that said to keep distance. Whole family with kids were in the store as well which is not necessary . I called the HQ and they told me they should be wearing masks or working register with a guard. but of course this is not true. Sad and disappointed that this store does not care about the heath of their customers to take full precautions.. They could not even take the smallest precaution of wearing masks. Oh and if you want to clean your hands in the store go to the chickens. apparently whatever disease you get from chickens is way more deadly since that is where thy chose to put hand sanitizer
