I try to give credit where credit is due. These guys kick ass. Gave me a great price on Monarch plank flooring, which was basically the best price I could find, and has everything ready on time. Eddie was able to arrange with my contractor to have the partial order picked up, so the guys could get started when needed and then deliver the rest on time when they were ready for it. We had tight quarters in our house doing a remodel and didn't have a whole lot of space to store all the flooring at once. I would definitely use them again for any wood or laminate flooring again, as well as recommend them to others. My wife and I are both really happy with how the floors are coming out and are glad we made the decision to bite the bullet and re-floor the entire house during a remodel. It made a huge difference in the feel of the house. We had original oak floors but there were areas missing and some of the high traffic areas would have had to been replaced as well. Overall, it was simpler to just install brand new engineered hardwood everywhere in a color that we both liked. FWIW, we are doing a semi-major remodel on our home and have a general contractor as well as a flooring contractor hired by him to do the install. The install has been great and looks fantastic. Take it from a former Wall Street investment banker who analyzes prices to death-- you will not find better pricing anywhere else than at Wholesale Woodfloor Warehouse, and Eddie is the guy who will give you that no-nonsense, rock bottom price. Never one to pay more than I need to, I compared prices on our Monarch wood floors at no fewer than 10 stores, and no one came remotely close to the prices at Wholesale Woodfloor Warehouse. I heard numerous times from other stores and professional flooring installers - "someone quoted you that price? That is crazy low. They are basically giving it away at cost." When I asked if they could meet or beat the prices Eddie gave me, they flat out said "No, we can't do that." Initially I was a bit hesitant because I wasn't sure if Wholesale Woodfloor Warehouse was as legit as compared to some of the other stores I went to. (State College Distributors, MAC Flooring, Hardwood Flooring Depot, etc...). But my challenge was not just in pricing, but availability of wood. (Thanks, Covid.). Every other store told me the wood I wanted was sold out, and that I would have to wait at least 4-6 weeks. Eddie at Wholesale Woodfloor Warehouse was the only one who said they could get it delivered the following week. So I took a chance and ordered the wood from Wholesale Woodfloor Warehouse, and everything went impeccably: Suffice to say, these guys are not only legit, but they must have VIP status with their suppliers, especially Monarch, due to the volume of business they do. I actually needed to order some additional quantity of wood a week later. I gave Eddie a call thinking there was no chance of getting anymore wood since it was completely sold out, but his response was "let me make a few phone calls and see what I can do." The additional wood was delivered the following week! I mean, you just can't compete with that. We have also decided to use their recommended installer Carlos, and so far, so good. We purchased manufactured wood floors through this company. Within two months of install the gray color was already faded from several of the wood planks. We've been trying for months to get someone to come out for the supposed 30 year warranty. Someone came out months ago from Crystal flooring which is part of this company and took a bunch of pictures said that they would be back with me. No one ever got back with me I called and called and called. Finally get in touch with someone from Wholesale wood floor warehouse they were going to look into it and call me back several days later we had to call them back. They finally came out to look at the floor and said the coloring was coming off of it due to using Bona and there was moisture in the floor. This is the whole entire house that is like this. I would stay away from this company it is a sham. The supposed warranties For the wood floors they will not stand behind! Crystal flooring it's a C rating on the Better Business Bureau. After going to multiple wood floor companies, WWW has overall the best pricing and this is why we chose to purchase the floors with them. However, just be aware that if the item you are purchasing is not in stock in this location, a $150 freight fee will be added to the bill to bring the floors from the Northern California location to the Santa Ana location. I was definitely disappointed with the fee because wouldn't they have to reorder the item to have it in stock eventually? Since I was pressed for time, I paid the fee rather than waiting. Overall, if the floors are in stock then I would definitely recommend WWW as they are all very friendly/ knowledgable, have a wide selection of engineered wood floors, and have competitive pricing. The manager's response to my post regarding extortion is laughable - Carlos the installer took a $500.00 deposit and hasn't returned any of it. We didn't expect him to since this is consistent with his behavior. Wholesale Woodfloors owes us nothing and we haven't requested that they pay us anything. I sent Tom numerous additional texts from Carlos which corroborate my facts - he's chose to ignore those. We would not recommend using Carlos as an installer. End of story. Today, I received a message to call Tom from Wholesale Woodfloors. I returned his call. Tom was questioning my negative Yelp review of Carlos. I explained to him what our experience had been with Carlos. He said that Carlos had a different story. I further stated that the information he received from Carlos was partial and inaccurate. Tom said he had known Carlos for 20 years and had only positive experiences with him. I told him that I wasn't disputing that this could be the case. I could only describe what happened to us and that I had done so as accurately as possible on Yelp. I added that we had a positive experience with Eddie at Wholesale Woodfloors and I had also included that in my Yelp review. My family went shopping for wood floors down State College (Flooring Row) and were greatly disappointed. Some places had an apparent good selection, but then the games began. Find something and then the salesman says let me check stock, etc. Comes back, and no, sorry, they don't make that anymore. All told 3 trips to the phone and back with the same story. Then, of course he finds something we don't like as much and says, he can get it if we act soon, but it's $3.50 a sq. foot more. We met Steven Hernandez, one of the owners/family member and he was more than helpful, and never pushy. I asked about stock and he said that if it is on display, that they either have it or can get it. He basically said, why display it if it is no longer available. I agree. Another one of his customer's that he had an appointment with and he politely excused himself and sent Carlos over. Who was equally helpful. Terrible Experience!!! When you spend so much money on a new wood floor, you hope and expect it to turn out well. This place was recommended by a friend so I thought it would be a good decision. Had nothing gone wrong, I'm sure it would have been. To start with, the flooring I received was much lighter than the sample (maybe due to the sample being old or worn). The sample looked more beige and the floor I got was very white. Additionally, the T-Molding was the tone and shade of the sample, but not the flooring I received. It would have been great had they both been like the color of the T-Molding, but they weren't. No returns and no refunds, so I was stuck. The installers, Carlos and his team, were awesome. They were able to install the floor without using the T-Molding and the work really was a fine install job. I would recommend Carlos and his team without reservation. They were all very nice and hard working while respecting being in someone else's house. When the job was finished, I took the $280.00 T-Molding and a $150.00 bucket of glue back for return. I was told that even though the T-Molding was wrong, they couldn't/wouldn't return it. They did offer to have it redone, but the install was already complete. To return the glue they charged a 20% restocking fee, what a joke. Their installer told me to get 3 buckets of glue, but the charged $32 to take one back. This just add insult to injury. It cost me $310.00 for material I didn't even use or need. My experience with this company was that they were more concerned with making money than satisfying the customer. I will never go back nor would I recommend them to others. Since they say you are "Custom Ordering" your floor, there are no returns or refunds. If it turns out different than you wanted, they take no responsibility. I was told, "Sorry, what can I say" when I pressed them to make it right. It was clear they don't even consider meeting you half way. Buyer beware! read more

This review is long overdue. We renovated the main part of our house which is the kitchen dining and living room area last summer. We shopped around for flooring and I yelped "wood floors" to find something at a reasonable cost. This place came up and we decided to visit their showroom. I forget the name of the guy who helped us at the time but he was very helpful and showed us samples of what we described we liked. Luckily he found us a great deal that no other place could have matched as far as price. (Fyi we got engineered wood flooring in a dark brown, wide planks) Even our contractor was surprised at what a great deal we got our floors for. The floors came out beautiful in our home. These guys know their wood! We recently had our upstairs done and couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Not only did they get us the best price in town, (after shopping for what seemed like an endless amount of time on and offline) but they even provided contacts for great labor at a really good price. They seemed pretty busy, but never once did we feel like we were rushed and were even encouraged to take our time before dropping the money.
