I used to really like this store. We buy supplies etc. We bought baby chicks here a couple of years ago. Experience was great then. Five stars THEN. Lately, this place is a cluster. The employees who were knowledgable seem to have left, replaced by clueless people. The information given over the phone is usually inaccurate. One day you can preorder chicks. Another day no preorders. I KNOW people who preordered. One day chicks are coming in on Monday', but they already came in the Thursday before and sold out. Gotta call daily because the story changes daily. Just a disorganized mess. Those are the tip of the iceberg of dysfunction recently. We are going to do business elsewhere. Enough of this crap already. read more
