The jeweler here had great attitude, took joy in looking them over, and getting one going again (sentimental value) by cleaning and had to diagnose to nix the other. We notified the store and the owner Zubair Ullah and his associate Syed apologized and assured me they would look for it and make it right. We had been so caught up in the purchase and pleasant conversation that it was simply overlooked. It is not often you walk into a store where there is such a great mutual respect among people to where you feel like family. My husband George and I appreciate the lengths these two gentleman went through to even providing a personal cell number allowing us to follow up because we had to return back to San Antonio.
