I also weighed myself on the scale before and after my steam session, and I lost 2 lbs after steaming! I was shocked! I will definitely be back. Belle was very helpful and nice. Love the water too!

Called Sammie to schedule my appointment and she was able to get me in right away. You have to buzz to get in and once you step inside the tranquil and relaxing ambience helps to relax you. I got setup and relaxed inside my pod. If you focus on your breathing you have a better chance of remaining in the pod the whole 30 minutes. Felt like I sweated out a lake and was a little drained (pun intended) afterwards. Relaxed for a little bit and drank some more water before hearing more about the color of my toxins and the benefits of the pods - experiencing it I already understood the benefits of it. It was shortly afterwards when it hit me and I just felt really really good - I highly recommend going and giving it a try - plan it if you are so that you get the most benefit from it. And remember to focus on the breathing. Definitely going back for more!

ZERO Training Center is a pretty unique gym. I've been working out consistently for 20+ years and I…read morehad some novel experiences here. I worked out at this intimate and private gym in Pearland on a Monday at 6:30 p.m. Since it's a small gym, you get in differently than you would expect. After downloading an app, your phone acts as the conduit to unlock the door to the gym. From there, the world is your oyster. When I first arrived, I was alone. Ten minutes in, one of the trainers, Brandon, arrived for a session he had with one of his clients. If you're used to massive gyms like 24 Hour Fitness like I am, this is a much different experience. A lot less equipment, and you don't have amenities like a sauna, basketball court, swimming pool, etc. What you get in return is a couple of things. Privacy. You're not fighting over equipment and surrounded by people. It's also super clean. The equipment are well maintained, just like the gym as a whole. There is complimentary water. Energetic music playing. And here's the best part... they have some pretty advanced equipment. We're talking touch screen weight training machines with lots of different exercises available. I've never seen anything like it! It's one of those things you have to try out for yourself to fully comprehend. It was awesome.

Fantastic place! Brandon, my trainer, is knowledgeable, patient and funny! The vibes are chill…read moreand it's personalized! Definitely check it out!

This review is solely based on the summer camp…read more My son loved it. After coming from primrose he instantly said the grown ups there were much nicer. That made me feel better and realize how terrible the other place was. I like how it is "drop off and go" at certain time frames. He has even started to learn how to swim. Being scared of the water I was so shocked when he told me he learned how to cup his hands and is learning to swim on his back and that he even jumped in the water! I was proud. This place allows kids to be kids instead of sitting in front of a tv and playing games. It is a bit pricey to pay per week but it's the average cost of really any summer camp/day care. The only cons are that they are outside a lot and i purchased spray sunscreen but he told em they never put it in anyone. So he only has the sunscreen I put on him that morning. Would be nice for them to re-apply it for the kids who have spray sunscreen every few hours being outside a lot. Another con is that there is no large fridge or cooler for the kids lunches. He had an issue where his food got hot, the ice packs were no longer ice and caused condensation and causing his sand which to get "soggy." (He has an insulated lunch box too.)So I put more ice packs and it seems to help a little more but his lunch box has gotten so much heavier. Overall, I enjoyed having my son go here and he is already looking forward to next summer. There are some things that can be worked on but the workers were all kind and helpful.

It got its name because I saw a cop run into the showers. I didn't want to shower with a cop so I…read morecalled out "Is there a Coppinthere?" in my strongest, deepest, most bellowing fake German fake Austrian fake Arnie accent. Of course he was nowhere to be seen, but one of the managers heard me, and liked it so much that she changed the name to "Coppinger Family YMCA." Not one of my favourite YMCA locations by any stretch of the imagination. They were friendly enough at the desk although some of the employees were less friendly. It seems like a bit of a free-for-all with kids running all over the place. The workout space is pretty cramped and it does get pretty busy. A lot of Houston area YMCAs are very busy but this one feels like it doesn't have the space to handle it. They don't have nearly as much equipment for lifting as the downtown location either, but I would be okay with that if it wasn't so claustrophobic and busy, at any time of day I've been here. Employees are friendly, so I'll bump it up to a 4 star.
