They're courteous, easy to work with, always available, detailed oriented, and they don't spew a lot of legalese at you... exactly what you want in a law firm. Could not recommend them highly enough for all your Real Estate law needs

(eg. Ask her a question and her answer many times is prefaced by "As I told you...."-whether she did or not). 2) Overly sensitive/defensive. (eg. Salient times during the negotiation she would take push back hard at any suggestion she was off base-not even hearing us out). 3)Not detail orientated; pretty big you think! (eg. Twice we caught non-disputed clerical errors; one by her and one by her 'raved about' assistant who was going to take great care of us. I could go on an on. It got so bad , directly and indirectly, by her participation in the process that at one point I called my realtor almost in tears ready to blow up the very great deal we had going because of her impact on the process. Thank God for my great realtor who kept things from ending. Chelsea knew fairly early on, through Alyssa, of my big discontent with her. Rather than try to repair things she wrote a defensive email making things worst. I kept wondering where Hornung and Scimone were in the process....whether they oversee the folks that work for them---hear how things are going..... The whole process felt like she was working more for the folks buying the house than for my wife and I. In our first meeting she raved about the other lawyer....how he had just made partner or was about to.... . She said she was telling me to reassure me we were dealing with a stand-up person, but for weeks after it felt , subjectively and the deal she ironed out, much more like she was hoping to impress him/not be in any conflict with him. Good luck with your endeavor. We were selling a home and renting from the buyers for a bit after they bought it while trying to buy a new home in Florida....and still working and packing up and saying good-bye to Franklin MA. The kind of once in a life-time stressful position you want a good team around you. Through the help of many, including things she did do right, we got it down-why I give 2 stars and not one. Best.

During the process, he helped me understand the difference between what was important to the court vs. what was important to me, and helped me get ready to appear. Then, in court, when things weren't going my way, he was fast on his feet, impressed the magistrate, and saved the day! I was extremely fortunate to have him represent me, and I highly recommend him to anyone else that needs help.

I'm pretty lucky as I had a time-sensitive legal issue and it was fortuitous that I crossed paths with Irvin Rakhlin. We had a brief telephone consultation, in which Attorney Rakhlin was not only quite generous of his time, but also demonstrated an intricate knowledge of the logistics and operational aspects of our complex US legal apparatus. It was quickly apparent that his professional attributes included intuition, instinct, intelligence, and empathy. He listened intently to my unique legal situation, and was able to quickly formulate a plan and present me possible options for resolution. He educated me about the options I faced and what were the possible outcomes of such decisions regarding my approach of my Hearing. I chose Attorney Rakhlin as he instilled extreme confidence in me as his thorough preparation advice assigned to me ensured that I hit that Courtroom with a powerhouse file and all evidence and documents needed. There is no mistake that the Clerk Magistrate and Defense Counsel quickly ascertained that I was supremely organized and well poised to articulate a compelling case. I deliberately chose Attorney Irvin Rakhlin because he acted as a fierce advocate for my rights, raising many issues eloquently yet effectively, and clearly his reputation speaks for itself as evidenced by the respect demonstrated to him by the Clerk Magistrate. Our Attorney Client Partnership was a high-performing, high reliability operation. It was so effective that I achieved the best possible outcome available. I cannot imagine that hearing without amazing Counsel accompanying me. I absolutely without hesitation endorse Attorney Rakhlin to represent such, his years of experience are evident in his Courtroom decision making skills. A Winner for sure. Hire him.
