Owner was very rude and dismissive. The quality wasn't what I expected either and the pricing was misleading. Do better please

All I gotta say is YES. Love this place. Great energy and staff!! I was working with Lily who is an apprentice, and she gave me the most beautiful and detailed ornamental wrist piece. Seriously so fine line I was incredibly impressed. Dave is another artist there and he does amazing work, gave my girlfriend two big arm pieces (a dragon and a lioness) which turned out gorgeous. He's not afraid to mess with you though, sarcastic man, so be warned!! read more

This tattoo parlor is one of the best I've been to. I called Tuesday morning with a last minute decision to get matching tattoos with my best friend. This was one of the only parlors available for walk-ins, so my friend and i headed down. when i stepped inside, i immediately noticed how clean the shop was. It looked like it had been completely refurnished. Every artist had their own private station with a half wall so that you had the privacy to get your tattoo or piercing without anyone watching. Plus, our wait for being a walk-in was only about an hour. The tattoo process itself was also great. Our tattoo artist was Tommy, and he did amazing. He has a very light touch, so the tattoo barely hurt at all. The lines are clean, and after he wiped my tattoo down, he even went back to fill in tiny spots that he noticed weren't as full as the others. Overall, this place is amazing, and i now have a new piece with my best friend. read more

Very unprofessional tattoo parlor. We had to schedule out tattoo 3 weeks out because they were soooooo busy. When we showed up they informed us they tried to call 20 min before we arrived to reschedule because the tattooist was sick. So we rescheduled a week later. On the day of we had to reschedule due to bad traffic and the parlor informed us they would have to keep our deposit and we would have to pay another $50 for a new appt. Save yourself a lot of trouble and just go somewhere else!! read more

I got my bridge pierced here. The bar they used was entirely too small and I was told that "it was just immediately swollen".. and that it wasn't too small. Tried to go back for help and was either told that it wasn't possible to change it or that it was just swollen and to leave it alone. It definitely is swollen now because the bar is so short. I'm bruised (which I know is normal sometimes) and my nose is throbbing. Asked for a refund and was told my only option is to come back in for them to change it... Not happening. Not letting people who don't know what they're doing change my piercing. Paid almost $100 and now have to go somewhere else and spend my money for their jewelry and service. Just seems like the people here and lazy and don't know what they're doing. Also not following correct piercing laws!! read more

I wanted to like this place bc I love supporting local businesses. My experience with the artist Rob was positive and he was helpful with creating a concept for my tattoo but when I got there I waited for an hour (when I had a scheduled appt) finally I asked if I should reschedule (bc he went over on time with tattoo before me). I called back the next day and the girl I spoke to said she could squeeze me in to a 1.5hr appt when my original appt was supposed to be 2.5hrs. I was told that the guy in front of me wanted color which is why it was taking longer but not sure why he wasn't asked to make another appt but anyways I expressed to her that it wouldn't work and bc of all the hassle I just wanted my deposit back. She would not return my deposit after the bs and I would definitely not recommend going here esp when she wasn't good enough to call me back like she said she would when she worked it out with artist. read more

Everyone was cool from the moment we walked in to the time we left. The shop is awesome, and has nice partitions for each artists. Everyone was funny, and if you have certain sensitive skin conditions they go above and beyond to know how to special care for your tattoo. Their equipment is top of the line. They used machines unlike any I've seen. The experience was far less painful than traditional tattoo machines. This place is top of the line. read more
