The work has been done very well and as we agreed upon. If there were issues (and I knew there were bound to be because of the age of the house), I was kept informed and offered solutions in a win/win manner. The hardwood floors are so beautiful I literally teared up when I saw them. This is my grandparent's house and it has irreplaceable sentimental value. Had them back out…read moreyesterday, January 7, 2026 for the same work except in the first estimate was getting a bathtub in the shower but this time we took the bathtub off but added a 3 x 8 area in the hallway, fixing the subfloor and the price went up over $2000! no explanation other than the gentlemans wife calling me and saying that the subfloor was rotten around the toilet, which btw, was the same case during the first estimate. When I tried to talk about that and explain it, I got talked over by the gentleman's wife and told that I was not listening and to have a good day and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude!
