Love the store and the staff is very nice. The store is so cool and organized. The cats are adorable.

I took my three young nieces to this shop for crystals and a pendulum. Peanut the cat greeted us and approved of us (cute sign on the front door: Visitors Must Be Approved By Cat) and we had a great time browsing. The owner was very helpful in pointing out things on sale, so I serendipitously found the sarong I knew I'd find somewhere and it was on sale for $5. Nice. We purchased a few things and before we left the owner gave each of my nieces a box with treats in it - they were thrilled! She also threw in a bunch of free incense and free passes for the kids to bowl with Santa. We got to the parking lot and discovered that one of the watches we had purchased didn't work, so I exchanged it. Easy as pie. What a cool spot! read more

First timer here! - And I will happily say that I was thoroughly satisfied with my visit. They have the friendliest cats and staff--greeted us as soon as we got through the door. My friend and I went together and there was a very nice gentleman who informed us of all the sales going on and such; he was also very informative about any questions we had and told us how to use certain candles, bath kits, etc etc. None the less...he was extremely helpful and so so polite! I was glad to see that almost everything there was homemade! You can tell the owner really puts everything she has into her craft/work. Such a lovely store! Will definitely be coming back! read more

Wonderful little shop to get supplies from. I would much rather support a small, local business than amazon. My kids even enjoy coming, too! They love to pet the cats. There is a little corner with kids stuff for sale too, although it's just generic kid stuff, and my kids are more interested in the craft. I usually end up leaving with some herbs, crystals, spray potions, and candles. My youngest kid bought himself a blue howlite necklace here, although one of the employees told him it was turquoise. The staff are generally pretty knowledgeable though. read more

I was on my vocation and unfortunately I was around the area and decided to walk in this "Butcher Shop". prices are high but quality is average. However, I bought something in the store and I was told this item is limited edition. After doing more research online I found this thing isn't limited edition so I went back to the store to return it. Guess not???They do not allow return and exchange( doesn't say on their receipt)..... Now I have to deal with my credit card company to dispute the charge. read more

Helpful staff, funny and polite! Two beautiful cats roam the place. Honestly one of my favorite metaphysical shops I've ever been in! If I could give no stars I would. The amount of DISRESPECT the owner had for her OWN EMPLOYEE WAS DOWN RIGHT DISGUSTING. I've been to this store in the past and never met the owner till a few days ago when she was training the new employee. The shop wasn't busy but she was treating the young African American man like he was just a piece of sh*t. I felt so sorry for him and he was doing an AMAZING job helping us navigate the store and ring up our items. I will NEVER be returning or recommending this shop ever to anyone. On top of that Items were unreasonably overpriced for low quality. Their are other metaphysical shops who treat their employees better & love and respect others, Because isint that what it's all about? Community, acceptance & peace amongst every living being. I just wanted to share my experience and bring to light what's done in the dark. Everyone should be treated fair and what I witnessed honestly made me really sad and regret purchasing anything from this place. Poor guy. read more

I've been a customer of this shop on and off since it was at its previous location, simply because it's the closest metaphysical shop to me. I won't be returning though, as I've continued to witness things that made my visits uncomfortable. One repeated issue is that the owner will "discreetly" follow you around the shop to make sure you aren't stealing anything. It's very obvious and insulting, especially when there are few customers there. Instead of making customers uneasy, why not just invest in some security cameras? I regret recommending this place to friends in the past and won't be doing it again. read more
