This was my first time visiting a stand-alone location outside of a mall and my first time using a Kay store in a different state - specifically at 1620 Dogwood Drive, SE, Conyers, GA. I truly regret trusting this store with my jewelry. Although I don't know the name of the woman who assisted me, I relied on my past positive experiences and expected the same level of professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I had three of my rings sent out for services. Two of my rings were returned to me within four weeks, but my last ring did not come back until three months later. During that time, I received no phone call, no email, and not a single update letting me know that my ring was ready for pickup. When I finally picked it up, I was casually told that "nothing was wrong with my ring and that my ring had actually been sitting in the store since November 14th. The lack of communication, concern, professionalism, and basic customer service was extremely hurtful and disappointing. After nearly two decades as a loyal customer, I expected so much better. Instead, I was met with staff who seemed completely disengaged and unconcerned about the stress and frustration this situation caused me. I strongly warn others not to take their rings to this Conyers location for service, and I do not recommend purchasing jewelry from this store either. When I saw that they already had 5 stars it really piqued my interest. Going to their establishment, now I understand why. When I first called, I received a male (I think it may have been Mr. Harris himself) on the line. He was courteous, professional and seemed genuinely excited about me choosing his establishment to get my ring resized. I arrived a couple of days later to Bradley's. The place was clean, quaint and had a assortment of beautiful handmade jewelry for sale. The reception that I received from Monique was great! She was friendly, personable and had a strong love for jewelry which made me feel like I was in the right spot. The only snafu that I had was the first time I got my ring sized, it was a little too big. I called Bradley and the associate (I think it was Monique- forgive me I can't remember) apologize and invited me to bring it back so the could fix it. I brought it back and they sized it the same day at no charge. Not mention that they cleaned my ring and made it super shiny! They gave absolutely amazing customer service! It doesn't hurt that he's an actual goldsmith so you don't have to worry about it getting sent off and waiting on a long time to receive it or having someone mess up your precious ring. All-in-all, I would definitely recommend Bradley T. Harris to anyone who's trying to get eclectic, personal jewelry or who wants to get their precious jewelry fixed fast and right.
