Patients should be made clearly aware when they are paying an estimate versus a final amount. I've canceled all future appointments and will not be returning. When I was 17 I had a dental procedure done that ended up cracking 11 of my teeth. Over the years…read morethey turned to breaks and I was left with 14 teeth, infections, painful abscesses and no chewing surface. The oral surgeon I went to in July of '19 told me that because of my health issues I was going to need a full surgical team at UW to remove my teeth for dentures and it would be a minimum 11/2-2 year wait and that I would then have to wait 6 weeks for my mouth to heal before they could fit me for dentures. Then covid19 hit and pushed my date out to late '21 early '22. I couldn't stand it anymore. My sister told me about fairy tail dental and said she had heard nothing but great things so I gave them a call. They called me back the next day and I explained my issues and was wondering if maybe they could just remove a couple at a time because that would get me dentures faster than 2021 or 22. They got me in just a couple days later to look at my mouth and make a game plan. That was on a Tuesday. Friday I walked out of there with full dentures that even looked like my own teeth! It was an experience I never would want again but it was a big job and they were caring and understanding and patient. They adjust my teeth whenever I need it. I just call and make sure they are there, no appointment needed. They are awesome! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, big job like mine or just a little job. You won't find a better dentist/oral surgeon anywhere! I'm very happy with them!

I now know 2 people who have had really bad temporary dentures, and this dentist says they have to…read morewait a year for their permanent one. I have talked 10 other Dentists just for my own research and they say that Is Bull, most take molds of mouth and put new permanent dentures in, then adjust as necessary. To make a person wait for a year for permanent teeth with the temps highly uncomfortable and then try to talk the patient into implants is to me unethical. I have recommended one of the people whom I know well to go to an honest dentist. As they come to me in tears as to what to do. Shame on you, your not a fairy take more like Horror story.
