The business owner said the landlord was lying, that he had video from the cleaner showing the place was cleaned. the landlord asked to see the video and the owner refused. The owner then cussed my landlord out calling him a FU*&%$ liar and said he is more than welcome to just sue him because he was done with this. He then hung up in his face. So everything they said about sending someone else out to clean, them trying to make this right, them acknowledging that the cleaner stole supplies from the property and caused more damage is just ignored. Definitely do not use these people. Save yourself the headache, time and money and use someone else who is honest and has integrity. Original Review: I just finished moving out of my old place and wanted some help for my move out cleaning. I texted the number on their website and had someone respond quickly. They were very friendly, gave me info about their company, what all would be done and the price. The price was fair and I booked. They even worked with me moving my cleaning date due to the landlord doing some last minute repairs to the property. This is where the positives end. The day of my cleaning the assigned maid arrived. She did not wear a mask and I had to do my best to keep social distance from her. I walked her through the property and she called her manager to get the pricing for the home. I was expecting a two person team but they sent one person. She said because the house had a small patio room that it would be extra and I agreed. I paid the full amount via venmo and left. The next day my landlord called me and asked if the house had been cleaned? He said if it had I need to request my money back. The tub and sink were terrible. The oven was barely touched. The maid used all of the landlords paper towels he had there for a project, took cleaning supplies and also threw away the bathroom vent cover. That is a piece of the unit and should be cleaned and put back up, not thrown away. I contacted the company and provided photos. They apologized and said they would get with the landlord to get this fixed ASAP. They would send someone else out to get the property cleaned. I am in jeopardy of not getting my deposit back due to them. The landlord spoke to someone named George about this and he said he needed to escalate the issue. It has been a week and no one has reached out to the landlord to make this right. The company also gave the maid my cell phone number and she personally texted me telling me how she did not agree with what I said, why she did not wear a mask, and why she decided to use the paper towels at the home. She brought her own supplies and used supplies at the home without permission. This has made my life so much more complicated. I hired them to make my move out easy but it has now severely complicated it and now it has been dragged out. The company needs to honor their word and make this right ASAP. Get someone out to the property ASAP to clean properly, replace the items and supplies taken by the maid and communicate like they agreed to. Save yourself some time, heart ache and stress and go with another company. This is not worth it at all especially how they allowed all of this to transpire and how they have handled this whole situation.

I am glad that Best Care cleaned the ceiling fans without me having to tell them; however, I would have like to seen this same attention to detail on the light fixtures, as well as the corners of the windows and bathroom floors. I also appreciate that the office staff was willing to communicate and set up my appointment via email (big plus for me.) Before any cleaning work commenced, I specifically mentioned to both the girl who set up my appointment via email, as well as in person to the cleaning crew at the house, that they needed to be extra careful with the walls due to the painting we'd just completed. Unfortunately, after the cleaning crew left, I noticed some damage to the fresh paint. I had asked them to clean the folding doors (for washer/dryer closet) even though the doors were off their tracks. During the brief post-cleaning walk-thru, one of these doors was leaning on a freshly painted wall covering a big scrape on the corner... I didn't notice it until I moved the door to put it back after they left. Nobody has been in the house besides myself, my mom, and the cleaning crew since the painters and floor installer finished their work... and I know for a fact the paint on this corner was not damaged when the construction crews left a few days before. We hired Kindly Kept Cleaning for a deep clean after we replaced carpet with LVP to help get rid of the dust. While Kindly Kept Cleaning performed a basic clean and got rid of some of the dust, I would not say the qualifications for a deep clean were met. They did not dust off the chandeliers or clean the grout in the tiled sections of the house. I also paid extra to have the walls and blinds cleaned and these items were not done. To add insult to injury, when they started the job they said they'd have to add an overtime fee because the job would take longer than expected, so I said okay - after paying the overtime fee, the staff actually left earlier than what was stated as the minimum amount of time for a deep clean on their website. In summary, Kindly Kept Cleaning may be suitable for a basic clean job, but I would not trust them with anything more complex.
