I brought my dress to this business for dry cleaning before a wedding. When I picked it up and went to put it on, I realized the zipper had been completely broken in half. I had to be literally sewn into the dress moments before the wedding--a nightmare scenario for any special occasion. When I brought the issue to their attention, they agreed to replace the zipper. I explained that the original zipper was small and discreet, and it needed to match. The woman working there dismissed my concern, telling me, "I know, shes a professional." When I picked it up again, the new zipper was huge, completely wrong for the dress, and looked ridiculous. They again promised to fix it. Two more weeks go by, and when I returned to finally pick it up, it still wasn't fixed. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming, and incredibly disappointing experience. Quality of work and good value. Service is quite good, as well. I also like the in by 9:00am and out by 5:00pm.

This is my new go to spot for dry cleaning. They are fast and efficient. I gave up on my last place because the lady was too unreliable. She would send out the clothes and would receive it back 5-7 days later. Here I will get my clothes back the next day for the same amount of money. Great value here. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS. I came here based on the other positive reviews. Initially, I was quite impressed. I had a great cleaners but wanted one closer to home. They were very friendly and did a good job on my basic clothes. The problem came on about the second or third visit, when they completely DESTROYED a very nice pair of pants. They attempted to conceal this by not bringing it up and placing it between all my other clothes. These were pants they had once dry cleaned themselves, but for some reason this time, they stripped the trimming. I was given several excuses by the front desk and as I became more frustrated, they came up with more excuses and lies: 1) "The pants were four years old." ...Showing me the manufacturer's tag. Sounded like they already had rehearsed a script if I confronted them. That means that in the four years I've had them and have had them dry cleaned, this had never occurred. And if you are not capable of cleaning anything other than brand new clothes, you shouldn't be in business. 2) "When you bend at the waist, your pants wear down." So every pair of pants in which you wear and bend at the waist is susceptible to ending up looking like mine did after leaving them in your care? (see pics) 3) "How do we know they weren't like that when you brought them in?" Because I asked the clerk who took them in if they looked that way a week prior when I dropped them off, to which she just shook her head. Not only did they provide a barrage of lies and excuses, the teenaged boy who runs the front desk began making sarcastic and rude comments in response to everything I said. I asked him to cease communicating with me as I was already upset, to which he ignored my request. Then he switched to speaking in Vietnamese which I assumed was so I couldn't respond to whatever insult he was most likely saying. Eventually I was offered a small refund for the pants, nowhere near their value. She tried twice to give me incorrect checks, one written to someone who wasn't me, and the second misspelling my first and last name, which would have made it unredeemable had I not caught it. Additionally, they failed to get out a simple stain in other articles of clothing. "Read our policy - we can't guarantee that we can get stains out." Any stains, out of either article of clothing. I asked for a refund of the cost of dry cleaning and they refused, although I was not satisfied with almost any of the pieces they "cleaned." Better Business Bureau complaint was filed and I have debated whether to escalate it further. You should not have a business if you do not know how to treat customers or their property. The least you can do is comply with the customer's requests and APOLOGIZE for your negligence and mishandling of their clothes. I think the best thing in this case is just to warn others that they can't do any cleaning unless it's unstained, new and you don't intend to bend down while wearing pants. read more

After picking everything up and going through my clothes I noticed all my dress shirts are completely wrinkled. Wow! Very disappointed. I will see what management does to make this right. read more

OK for anything you won't be upset if they ruin. I love to support small local businesses as much as possible, particularly now when so many are struggling, which is one of the reasons I chose to take my business to Canyon Rose. I was a regular customer for several months and had been pleased with their service. A few weeks ago, a shirt they had previously cleaned with no issues came back shrunk. They asked me to return it so they could try to reverse the damage but it made no difference. They asked for yet another chance but nothing changed. After my second trip back for the same shirt, I was told that the manufacturer must have made a mistake on the fabric content label which was not their fault. When I pointed out that they had previously cleaned this exact shirt with no issue, I was told that they cannot be held responsible for shrinkage and that I would receive no compensation whatsoever for the damage. I was told that if I wanted to place a complaint with the manager that I was welcome to return on another day and do so, but that it wouldn't do any good as the manager had already made their position clear on the matter. Needless to say, they have lost my business and my honest recommendation is to go elsewhere unless you enjoy gambling with your cleaning. read more

I absolutely LOVE the quality and service here. Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. I needed my white athletic jacket cleaned because it was beginning to turn yellow and accumulate stains all over. I was honestly scared to get my jacket clean because my friend took her's to the dry cleaners not too long ago and it turned a little green... (thank God that didn't happen to my jacket!) I came in, told them what I needed, and they gladly took my jacket in. I was able to pick it up two days later and I've never seen my jacket so white and clean since when I first got it.
