The fence installation overall went well but we immediately noticed some issues (warping, boards coming loose, gate installed backward, nails protruding), and it took several calls and texts to have someone come back out. Jeovanni finally returned and hammered a few errant nails in with promises the "crew" would return and fix the rest. 6 months and more excuses later, we have yet to hear back or have our fence repaired, despite repeated attempts on our end to reach them.

If you pay to have your property graded, seeded and strayed and instead they have a hill draining over your retaining wall and into the same slate chips you paid them to install, call A Abby. He replaced a section of our siding where our garage roof met the house just underneath the main roof (a tight space) and then down to the ground. The old siding and fascia boards were water-damaged and squirrel feed. He personally did this work because his crew was working on a bigger project. He could have turned down or delayed this "small" job (less than $5K) but he chose to go the extra mile and do it himself. He didn't damage the roof or our rose bush. He even fixed a soft spot in the corner that we didn't ask him to, because that's the kind of quality contractor he is. He was recommended to us by a mutual friend who used Qualified Home Solutions for a bigger job years ago. Now, I Highly recommend this company.
