I called this company and spoke to James Person; I explained that I was on a very tight time schedule and needed their services. I was told that he had another trip to the Pilot scheduled at 5:30 pm and that he would have me wait so he could combine the trips. When I tried to explain that I didn't have time to wait around until then, Mr Person said, "oh well" and hung up on me. I called for a business service that he advertises, which I am willing to pay for -- but he apparently feels that his time schedule is more important than that of the company trying to pay for his service. I would suggest that, unless you have an infinite amount of time to conform to HIS time schedule, you seek notary services from someone else.

Dustin was the only one working, and he handled every transaction with care and dedicated focus. He moved quickly to serve and made sure to take his time to ensure each transaction was completed correctly, including my own! I was able to print my documents and fax them with no issue and I was honestly impressed by Dustin's customer service. They also have greeting cards for sale, unique magnets, and they do Amazon returns and ship UPS if needed. Notary public available by appointment.
