I think the breads are the same, aside from that fact that they seemed a bit more limp I didn't notice much difference. Flavor is on point, and the more rye breads look and taste like it. Meats at this location (particularly Chicken Teriyaki) seemed to be of slightly higher quality. Also, since they don't use little paper trays to add meat, but spoons, you get a little more! As for cheese, you can definitely get more types of cheese at an American location. Here they have two types, one is a shredded cheddar, and the other... well when I asked the clerk what kind of cheese it is, he answered "cheese". There are for sure fewer vegetable offerings here, I can say banana peppers and spinach were missing, but can't put my finger on what else. I will say that an advantage of this is that when it comes to vegetables, for me anyway, it is easier to say "everything", rather than have to list all the things I want. I do like that they have the same selection of dressings as U.S. locations, as from my 4 months in Austria, I get the impression that dressings are not as much a thing in this country as they are in the States.
