He and his staff are thorough and patient; my daughter was only 8 when she had her braces put on and being that young, she was not so keen on staying still or not wanting to be quiet through the process. But, his staff was great with her and they were very understanding. There is a possibility of us having to move from the Bowling Green area before her braces will be removed, but we will return to Lawless Orthodontics for all of her remaining appointments. I have not rated that practice out of respect, but I can tell you immediately, Westen is amazing! First, Emily, my dental hygienist, was professional, kind, gentle, and compassionate. She explained every single step of the process clearly. My teeth felt so clean afterward! During my cleaning, my one single crown came loose--I've had trouble with this crown since the beginning. I am actually so glad it did come loose! Because then Dr. Evans came in and identified the problem with that crown. I am now set up to have this forever problematic crown fixed, with a professional team I trust. They also lay out the treatment plan clearly, as well as the expected bill. This is the best dentistry experience I've had. Would recommend them to anyone!

They said I needed emergency work but couldn't fit me in until months later. RED FLAG 1. Also, on a side note, once the dentist asked if I had cats (which I do) he then waited until I was lying down on the chair to talk casually about killing cats with his nurse. He wanted to know if the nurse euthenized her pets herself. RED FLAG 2! And red flag 3, was that he never bothered to talk with me; he spoke to the nurse and then she spoke to me with all of us in the SAME room. Perhaps if you are strictly business and can wait close to a full year between appointments he may be the dentist for you. I will not go to him again and I don't recommend parents take their children to him. His casual conversation is horrifying.
