There is a sign on a very busy street saying there is a huge wig sale and walk-ins welcome. The sign on the door says open. We go in and there is a man at the front desk and woman standing there and she welcomes us in. We tell her why we're there and she immediately pushes back and says that "if we're there to just try on wigs' it's not that kind of place. Yet this lady wants to show us around her 3,000 square foot shop. She proceeds to tell us that she's not really open, she's just waiting for the uPS man. However, she'll do a quick consult and let me see a wig. I did not get to try one on. She just held up one to my head and told me that that's what my natural hair would look like. (I have plenty of years to go before I'm totally gray) We go sit in a chair and she goes through my hair and goes to get a wig. All the while she tells me that they are a 'hair restoration salon" and consultations are $35. After about 15 or 20 minutes or so, and the lady giving some hair education, we decide to leave. As she walked us around the salon, telling us what the do there, all of a sudden, the consultation fee is $50. I'm tired and don't really feel like finishing this review. Here's what I will tell you. Don't have a sign on the street that says come in if you really aren't open and really don't want people coming in. Also, you may want to be consistent with your prices. It was a weird experience, for sure. I can speak for both of us in saying that we did not feel welcome at all. I'll probably never be a client.

My big need was not only to do something about my unexpected hair loss, it was alsonto try and conceal multiple hair transplant donor areas that made me look horrific. After consulting with Victor, he told me that it would be a big undertaking but he could make me look a lot better after the SMP process. After two sessions (a couple of months apart) He did a phenominal job and now i dont have to be so paranoid about going out in public without a hat. Ive vrought it up to some folks and they couldnt believe it wasnt real hair. So for all of Victors work im very gratefull. Biggest thing of all is Victor is a very careing guy. Hell go out of his way for you each and every time and do a phenomenal job. Thats whats most comforting about this whole process is to know that about him. There are other guys doing this and honestly i think he does a better job then all that i have seen out there. If your thinking of getting this SMP procedure done dont hesitate to get in touch with him and share what your looking for. I promise youll be so happy that you entrusted your looks to Victor.
