That actually could have been the slogan for most rotary dog parks across the country. The rotary, PetSafe and Kane's seem to sponsor the best dog parks. I read the reviews and a lot of people said this is the nicest one in the area and I have no reason to disagree, except, the only poop bag dispenser is a 3 hole one just outside the main gate? Which leads to a lot of biological landmines in the back corners and along the back fence line. The park itself is built on a gently sloping Hill with plenty of room for your dogs to run and more than enough places for you to sit. Eventually the trees should get big enough to provide some shade but currently there is none:-(you park in a nice little gravel parking lot right next to the dog park, the big dog park is the one with the 6-foot fence and the small side is the one with the 4 ft fence?

Not many people frequent this dog park so it is a great place to train your dog, but if you are looking for your pawbud to socialize this is not the place to go. We've been here multiple times and probably only ran into one other owner. This park doesn't get much shade at certain parts of the day as there are no actual trees inside the fenced area, but a few large oaks surround it. Great place to watch the sun set over the river while Mr. Sniff-a-lot enjoys the aroma of the park.

Although it does appear that they are just now starting to build the park out as most of it is still farm field. They were actually burning the fields the day we were here. The dog park is just a big square nicely fenced area. There is one bench in the big and one bench in the small dog park. There is a water feature but it is outside both of the dog parks? There is a poop bag dispenser and there is a trash can, but the trash can is also outside the gate? There is a nice asphalt path that goes from the parking lot to the dog park and then there is a very nice double gated entry area into both parks. But as of yet there are no shade structures or full grown trees, or trees of any size for that matter. But it is a dog park, and you're welcome to come enjoy it.

In our experience over the last 17 years as a pet owner around here is that an unfortunate amount of pet parents at other parks do not always pay as close attention as they should ; this causes a lot of fighting, biting, and and doggie doo doo going unnoticed. There is a water pump when it warmed up (AND A WASHROOM SO YOU HAVE TO REASON TO EVER LEAVE...LOL) There are two sides to this park one for larger dogs and one for dogs up to 35 lbs. This definitely helps deter a lot of unforeseen problems that could occur. Grass is very well maintained they have a third side they switch off too to keep grass from becoming a mud hole. It's a walk in the Bark...have fun!!!

We loved the pond for swimming and open spaces to play fetch, but there is also a lot of agility equipment available. The other visitors were very nice, and my dogs (mostly) had fun meeting the other (mostly) friendly dogs. The park is private, and while it looks as though annual memberships are available, day passes are $3 for the first dog and $1 for each additional dog. Definitely worth the money. I have a springer spaniel and couldn't keep him out of the pond. He had a ball. We had a great time and we hope to make the trip again soon. It is about 45 mi. one way for us but well worth the time. There were no other dogs there at the time so Oats had to play alone. He slept almost half the way home. Thank you for having such a great place for people to take their dogs.
