I made an appointment online and took the day off work. One of the gals at the front desk was chomping so loudly on potato chips, I could feel it. One lady asked me if I could ask my spouse questions about my insurance and just stared at me blankly when I stated that I had no spouse that covered me on my insurance that I pay for. The dentist was fine. The technician doing my x-rays seemed to be having fun playing with the machine. The dentist came in to look at my teeth and referred me out. So that was confusing. Having looked on my insurance website and read reviews, it seemed to me that they did everything here. I guess I will call the person they referred me to and maybe come back here??

Well last night I flossed like I always do and the filling came out. Now that side of my mouth hurts and I tell that to the receptionist and she said he won't be available til Monday. I ask will it be covered and she said since they have to do it over I would have to pay again. I explained to her about the sensitivity, and how I have other fillings from other dentist & it never fell, this isn't on me so why would I have to pay again. She cut me off saying she can't help me & she has to ask the doctor. I asked her , her name and she hung up on me. I called again and she answered and hung up.

At the moment I'm getting a crown in addition to a bridge to finish implants. These guys are the best. The quality of care is second to none. Dr Nguyen's bedside manner is excellent. He has a very calming demeanor which helps you to relax and feel comfortable. He explains in complete detail what he recommends and again before he does the work. The office is special. It's absolutely beautiful. The music is contemporary and a pleasure to listen to. Dr Nguyen occasionally sings along with the songs that he knows. Every one of the staff is really happy people and it makes the atmosphere a real positive place and a great patient experience.

I had gotten my bottom wisdom teeth out prior to coming here and the process I went through was a nightmare at my previous location which so sadly shut down, and I was never properly informed of the aftercare at my previous location. this location made sure I knew what to do post procedure and they understood how scared I was to undergo the procedure itself. very very caring, they talked me through the process, their dental office did not smell of must or machinery in any way (which is a frequent occurrence in my experience) but simply fresh air. their office was also very clean and organized. happily I do not have to get any more wisdom teeth removed but I do reccomend this location to anyone who needs theirs removed.

The new dentist that took over is the worst medical professional I have ever met. He is rude,…read morecrude, and disrespectful. He is very young, with a couple of years of experience, and it shows. I received a $1,400 crown, and within hours, I was in more pain than I had ever had in my mouth. I returned that day, and the front desk gave me narcotics and said the doctor would call me. He never did call, so I returned when they opened, and without even looking in my mouth, he said that I needed a root canal. I said how can that be? He laughed and said if I didn't want to pay for a root canal, he could rip my tooth out instead. I left. I am still in pain and have to go to another dentist and pay thousands to fix whatever this young frat boy did to my mouth. This behavior is precisely why people are afraid of the dentist.
