I tried this company twice because they are in United States and service was quicker than when send repairs overseas. When I alerted owner of disappointment with 2nd wig she offered nothing, got defensive and stated she and her techs make minimal money. Definitely will not use them or refer friends. Btw, I've worn well made 100% human hair wigs for years and have no problem spending the money when work is done well. I'm gonna stick with sending repairs to the company I bought wig from even though it takes months longer for overseas.

It no longer has a part since she added much darker and coarser hair in the part line. The expensive strap created a huge bulk on the sides and now the wig rides up when it used to at least fit on my head. I took off the strap but the fit is still wrong although I used the exact measurements I have sent to reputable wig makers with good results. I am out over $2000 for a hairpiece that I couldn't sell for the cost of her services. Most of all, Molly is incredibly rude. I thought it was just me until I asked on several hair loss sites. Even women who liked her work admit that she is rude and has terrible communication skills. Too late for me but maybe I can help others. Do not be fooled by her long wait list for service. Do not send your expensive hairpieces to this nasty woman. You will be very sorry.

Please don't go there, I guess the owner does not want my business, stop judging a book by the cover you don't know who you insult! I feel it's very strange that you took the time to write me a message and a respond to my review, when I was in your store, you didn't show me that level of compassion or respect. Also after looking at other reviews on multiple sites, it seems that this is not the first time, you have treated a customers rude in the past. As for your store policy, to seem pretty unreasonable since wigs are something you wear, even if you helped your customers try on your products there is some level of customer touching to the product but that was not even offered to me.
