I'm giving them a 3 star review because they did offer refunds for each issue and apologies, and acknowledge we make mistakes, I am just bothered it's repeated and over the course of a couple of years. We haven't had issues with clothes or shoes but specifically with either toys missing entire pieces repeatedly or broken toys. First it was a build a bear wheelchair that was clearly taped together then broke same day we bought it. Then it was a pink baby stroller that had a gem over a missing screw so it never worked right. Then it was a wooden toy set that had broken pieces and then missing pieces. And recently we bought a train set that didn't even have the correct train pieces in it. They offered refunds for all and apologies so I do want to make that known, I feel as though if you know this is an issue, this shouldn't keep happening. My child gets her hopes up every time to then have to take it away from her. We were able to give away the train set and decided to not take the refund as my partner felt uncomfortable going back in. Saying you're human and we make mistakes is true, yet the issue needs to stop happening. Attacking people for leaving honest reviews isn't professional and I see a lot of that in the owners response. Yes it can be nice if they contact you first but it's not required. Your apologies doesn't negate the experience especially if it's a repeated experience. If you shop here, please make sure you count, check and quality check the toys you are getting. Luckily we live very very close and hasn't been a huge inconvenience but it could be for a family that's visiting out of town or doesn't live close. I do want to add something since the owner responded and I feel as though it should be said, if you're putting the blame on your staff consistently, then maybe the staff needs to change because these mistakes are costing customers and ultimately money for the business. That's not an easy thing to do while still having it look semi decent. I saw that Stacey had an opening, so I booked with her. She is the absolute sweetest! She's kind and energetic and friendly. I ended up with a lovely sky-blue crepe tank dress with flounced, rhinestone-adorned tiers. When I walked in and saw how much formalwear she had in there, my first thought was, "Oh, no, there's going to be nothing but conservative, matronly, stiff, MOB dresses." That was clearly not the case. When I told Joy what I was looking for (formal but fun and sort of sassy) she immediately pulled out a fantastic selection of dresses and I had the best time trying them on. She even brought out shoes so I could get the full effect. It turned out to be a really fun experience and Joy was terrific. In response to another reviewer who felt the level of service was determined by how the shoppers are dressed -- I was in a T-shirt and capris when I went in, and I got terrific service from Joy herself, so thumbs up from me on that score, for sure. I went into the boutique because the summer display outside caught my attention. My friend and I are both mid-size women, and we tried on multiple bathing suits. We were surprised that sizing was only available Small-Large, but we both proceeded grabbing Larges in all our items. My friend being a 36DD in bras can typically have issues in finding tops that will provide enough coverage, however myself being a 34-36C didn't expect to have any difficulty. The Large bathing suit tops fit closer to a 34-36B. The size ranges, although not having a lot of options, didn't have significant differences in the size itself. Larges fit like like a true Medium. I personally don't mind my bottoms being cheeky, however their "cheeky", fit like a thong. I'm not usually picky about coverage, but when I pick out a bottom that is labeled cheeky, I expect them to be cheeky. I wouldn't recommend the Boutique for women who don't prefer less coverage and support either. Overall, although there is good service, an elegant atmosphere, and beautiful clothing, the slim variety in sizing being closer to XS-M was a deal breaker for us! I would really like to see sizing (true to sizes) in XXS-XXL! Note: The clothing is beautiful, I would just like to emphasize
