There's also bunch of associates on the floor to help out large crowd of customers. The store has all sorts of Apple products on display. Large inventory of accessories and gadgets. I had put in a pick up order for MacBook. I had same day pickup time available. Upon arrival took me about 5 minutes to check-in and walk out with my order. Smooth efficient service.

Upon learning of a $150 in-store setup fee, I initially declined. Jose explicitly advised me that if I proceeded in-store, the $120 upgrade fee ($40/line) could be waived by calling Verizon Customer Service later. Relying on this professional advice, I completed the transaction. Follow-up (3/17): On 3/17, I called Verizon Customer Service and spoke with Dominic. He informed me that the fees could only be waived if the store provided a specific note on the account. I returned to the store at 7:30 PM (30 minutes before closing) with Dominic still on the line to witness the resolution. Unprofessional Conduct & Discrimination: The interaction with the employee on duty was unacceptable: Refusal to Assist: The employee refused to provide his name, refused to notate the account, and stated it was "not his problem." Hostility: He refused to speak with Dominic (the corporate representative on the phone) and walked away while I was speaking. Discriminatory Remarks: Most disturbingly, the employee told me I was "too old" and should have simply followed his instructions to return when Jose was available. Evidence: This entire interaction was overheard by Dominic on a recorded Verizon line. Dominic expressed shock at the employee's behavior and the blatant lack of professionalism.

They took off the screen and cleaned the camera lens from the inside along with the tiny lens that does face recognition. Who would have guessed that was the answer? Fast forward to the last two weeks, I had the time to go to the Best Buy in Christiana to see if I could hear the Marantz Cinema 30 system. They didn't have one on display but the associate (Rocky) talked with me about 45 minutes helping me understand the pros and cons of upgrading the AVR or speakers I have. Walked out feeling I was ready to make a decision and this is where things got interesting. I spoke with Marantz (yeah, I'm that customer) and wanted to know more about a recertified Cinema 30 they had compared to one that Best Buy showed in their inventory. The only difference was the extra warranty option Best Buy has and the key fact that if something went wrong, Best Buy would protect your investment with the same value you purchased for. Marantz wanted me to buy from them direct and offered me a discount on any item (new or recertified). Out of respect for Rocky assisting me for over 45 mins I went back to Best Buy to see if by chance they could price match what Marantz offered. 9 times out of 10, no, but Rocky took my request up the chain of command and came back with a surprising Yes. This review is because this man spent 3 hours and 45 mins with me over two separate days, without knowing If I would buy the system. On top of that, they don't get commission. So for what I saved combined with the amount of time and professionalism he showed me, I am happy to say I'm now the owner of a Brand New Marantz Cinema 30 receiver.

The staff lacks diversity and is not very helpful to all customers. Some but not ALL. If you have ever encountered bias, then you can read between the lines and understand what I'm saying.
