One of their employees took a digital passport photo for me that seemed OK when she showed me a preview on her camera, but when I received the file later that evening (this was on a Friday) there were things I didn't like about it, notably that I was badly positioned and appeared to be looking up at the camera instead of straight at it (it was also very unflattering!) I quickly emailed back that I would appreciate a re-take, and the message I received back said, I quote, "You can come in to have as many as you want taken - anytime." I thought, that's nice of them (but normal, since it's just a digital photo that I already paid $15 for). However, when I went back for a retake, the owner (or manager) was rude and defensive and refused to take it again. He said things like "Haven't you ever seen a passport picture?" and said of course I could have as many pictures taken as I wanted, but I'd have to pay. Reading through the reviews, I see that some other folks had a similar experience at this store (rude employee--the guy I dealt with sounds like "Mike," mentioned in James M's review--and bad passport pictures). I wasted my money and had an unpleasant exchange with the owner/manager to boot (he told me he didn't care if I never came back). You are better off going down the street to Cameras Etc.; they have better customer relations and they charge less for passport photos.

They do everything in house so they have a super quick turn around. I dropped off a roll of black and white and with in 24 hours had the film developed and the photos scanned and emailed to me. And then when I picked up the actual film a few days later it was cut and placed in order in a film sleeve. Can't say I've gotten that high level of service from anyone else. The staff is super friendly as well. It's a small family owned shop so they are there to help. I don't think I'll be taking my film anywhere else. I can't stress enough how pleased I am with the quality and speed of their work. They also started selling camera via consignment. So if you're looking to get back into film photography and want a nice vintage starter camera or some additional lens stop by and get a camera and some film and show this place some love. Personally I recently went here for the first time to get some disposable cameras developed and it was such a great experience. I brought in two cameras, I needed one set of prints for each, and then digital copies of each. They were done in less than an hour, the digital photos were emailed right to me to download and I was able to pick up the prints (which were great quality). The whole thing cost me $38 which I was very impressed with. I will certainly be coming back!
