My experience with Wilber & Associates was extremely disappointing. The customer service started off fine, but unfortunately the interaction quickly went downhill when I attempted to make a payment. Josh was extremely rude and dismissive toward me. Rather than simply assisting me with making a payment, I was met with an unnecessary attitude and comments that came across as disrespectful and condescending. I was not asking for anything unreasonable--I was simply trying to complete a payment. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was given an explanation that was completely different from what I had been told by Josh. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the situation professionally, Rochelle also contributed to the interaction by giving me conflicting information and allowing the situation to escalate rather than resolving the issue. What should have been a simple payment transaction turned into an unnecessarily frustrating and uncomfortable experience. Customers should not have to feel disrespected or talked down to when they are simply trying to take care of their account. Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage management to take a serious look at how customers are being treated and how complaints are handled. Professionalism and basic respect should be expected from everyone interacting with customers, regardless of the situation. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. read more

My concerns about the situation involving my daughter and Wilber & Associates, P.C.and car accident 1.5 years ago. They contacted her a year after, She was informed that her driver's license would be revoked if she did not make a payment. It's troubling because the driver your company represents left the scene of the accident while intoxicated and was later found to be driving on a suspended license. Despite these circumstances, my daughter has already paid $500 down and has been making monthly payments of $150. Recently, she lost her job and called to request a temporary reduction to $100 for the month of August. Unfortunately, she was told that if she didn't pay the full $150, her license would be reported to the DMV for suspension. It's disheartening to see someone who is doing their best to meet their obligations being treated this way. read more
