Called 3 days in a row to the number listed on the card in order to ask about a booking (during business hours mind you). Then went to the website; which is great, but did not have the city needed listed. I even sent an email on the 3rd day using the website and still not response. Based on price and reviews I did not want to use anyone else. Called today, on the 4th day and finally an answer... just to be told based on bookings you cannot deliver out to destination desired. Well maybe you could have had you called me back or responded 4 days ago. Was going to to rent 2 bounce houses in LANTANA but now the business is going elsewhere. I have worked 25 yrs in the CUSTOMER SERVICE field and have a lot of patience, but this was just not cool!

They were easy to contact and answered my emailed question within hours of sending it off. After going over exactly what I would get with my deal, I made my purchase and set up my party times with them. What I got was more than I expected. The bounce house itself was the same as pictured and a bit bigger than what I expected, to the delight of myself and my daughter. They also had extra chairs and tables available and brought them for me, which was a blessing (because we ended up needing them!). They were swift on the set up, went through their contract and liablility information with me, and walked me through turning the unit on and off if I needed. When they returned to pick up the bounce house and tables & chairs afterwards, they were swift and timely. I wasn't home at the time, but the other family members who were there said they moved so quickly and quietly, they didn't even realize they were there until they were notified that they were leaving. Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

We had an issue finding the right key for our commons area and they remained kind. We got it all worked out in a few minutes and they set up everything for the inflatable water slide and even cleaned/disinfected the entire thing. The slide was in excellent condition which shows they value safety for kids :) Our event ended early and we were told to call if that occurred and they'd be right over. They came took down and drained the entire thing in a matter of minutes. Overall BOUNCE IT UP DFW is an excellent place to get a inflatable water slide and/or bounce house.
