Dina who took over to assist me was very helpful in selecting all the purple flowers that would bloom all year round. Their selection is huge and so much better than Lowe's in every way. Supporting businesses in my neighborhood is so important to me. They also sell fresh free range eggs as well. Cheryl the owner and I had a nice chat as well. Their website was not working properly, so I was unable to view available options or pricing and instead placed my order over the phone. During that conversation, the person taking my order did not clearly disclose the total price or explain the additional charges/add-ons that would be included. When my card was charged $216, I was extremely surprised by the total. I immediately called back and requested that the order be canceled because I was uncomfortable proceeding with the transaction. Rather than handling my concern professionally, the merchant began yelling at me and told me that it was my fault because I had not asked better questions. I found that response completely inappropriate. Businesses have a responsibility to clearly communicate pricing and charges before processing a customer's payment--not blame the customer afterward for failing to ask enough questions. During that same call, I was told the order would be canceled and my money would be refunded. That refund has not been issued, and my phone number has since been blocked, leaving me unable to contact the business regarding the money I was told would be returned. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before providing payment information to this business. The lack of transparency regarding pricing, the way my cancellation request was handled, the failure to provide the promised refund, and subsequently blocking my number are deeply concerning business practices. The delivery driver was very nice and carefully dropped it all on a tarp on my front lawn. Only complaint I have is I don't have any peach or pink rocks as shown on the website, which I picked from. Total bummer. My Gardner put them Saturday. It looks nice and now my dogs won't get sick anymore eating mulch. Rocks were pricey, but it is what it is.

These amazing beautiful and caring people Deanne and Matt Hoffman filled bags of soil, mulch and picked out beautiful decor stones the after hours the two of them came and carried it All to my patio. I honestly had tears of gratitude and it became such a beautiful creation thanks to them. A sweet affordable meditation spot complete with a gorgeous real Talavera birdbath!!
