We were not sure what to expect and when we got into this vintage 1600 town with just one commercial building; overwhelmed with the friendliness, and we ended up being there for almost 5 hours! When planning the trip, Mary listened to our needs and suggested 3-4 hotels at each place we stayed. She suggests hotels that cover a wide price range, so we are free to make the decision that suits our lifestyle and budget. Mary organized various transportation methods, including a train transport to Naples. Mary is someone I trust for suggestions to make our trips meaningful and stress free.

Why did your employee, Katie Ellis, NOT put us at the hotel of tour pickup since SHE made all these bookings?? How were we to be expected to be familiar with the hotels in a place we had never been. And all we were requesting was to be reimbursed the price of the tour ($364.32 for 4 people). We didn't request the price of 2 nights of hotel and transfers to and from the airport (this includes my brother Mr. Daniel Cienfuegos and his wife Cindy and my husband and I) which were made ONLY because we were to take the tour. It was a group of us of seven women for a 50th birthday party to say we had minor issues is putting it mildly. It started with originally booking our seats weren't confirmed through aeromexico. We had several emails back-and-forth. Never got any resolve on our connection out of LA back to Seattle . The agent at delta when we checked in for flight home told us whoever booked this did it wrong and we were not confirmed . Check in at hotel we had issues he had us all in single rooms king beds not doubles as we requested the manager at the hotel said whoever booked it did it incorrectly!! When they got to our destination, our transfers for some of our team were missing they weren't done even though we when we booked it we told them we need a transfer to and from two of our girls had to pay out of pocket to get transfers back-and-forth. Every time I emailed him to ask questions and advise of issues I was always met with I've been doing this for 40 years. It was never his fault somehow it always made it seem like it was our fault. I have traveled for multiple years. This is the third time I've used a travel agent, and I will never ever again use a travel agent , easier to just book on your own and confirm everything yourself!!!!!!
