When you are outside in the elements, shooting conditions are rarely 100% perfect, and the day of our session was no exception. Due to the weather conditions, Amanda was incredibly flexible and offered to reschedule the session to a day with calmer weather. She gave us ample time to make this decision, but I decided to proceed with the shoot. Despite the consistent 15mph plus winds (and gusts!) actively working against us, 90% of the time, Amanda captured *so many* amazing shots! Amanda is a genuine pleasure to work with. The entire process was so easy and relaxed; even though I'm not someone who loves having their picture taken. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the session. The turnaround time for the high-resolution photos was perfectly reasonable, but Amanda exceeded my expectations by delivering them even sooner. From the initial inquiry to the final product, every aspect of the experience was amazing. I cannot recommend Amanda Seasholtz Photography enough. Amanda is extraordinarily knowledgable and talented and I am so thankful to have trusted this process to her. If you want to grin from ear to ear when you see your photos, book with Amanda! Right off the bat, Amanda was responsive via email, and she was very accommodating with our travel plans. She helped recommend photoshoot locations as well as photo inspiration, while also being open to some of our requests. We ended up going with Amanda's recommended location, which was a great setting for our photos. I also sent Amanda a link to some photos/poses that I liked, and she had saved all these photos to reference while we did our shoot. She also checked in with us in the days leading up to the photoshoot to see if we had any questions or additional requests. As soon as we started taking photos, we felt comfortable and like we could be ourselves around Amanda. Lastly, Amanda edited our photos within days and sent us the gallery, which looked amazing! I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional, clean, organized and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (photo of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!! I have been bringing them since they opened their doors and I will be loyal to this team forever. My husband and I do not live in Titusville, so I searched online for a photographer and found Anna's website. She was very responsive, professional, and her rates were reasonable. Anna arrived to the site on time and well prepared. We had some ideas for photos, but Anna also gave us a lot of direction for some of the shots. We had a mix of organic and posed pictures. She got the pictures to us about two weeks after the shoot and most of them were AMAZING! Some were not great, but that is bound to happen with a one-year old. I show up for the shoot and she says, " Oh, was I supposed to bring a cake? My cake girl is sick." Why wouldn't you tell me that BEFORE I got there? I had to leave and I had to get the cake from publix and now my kid is cranky for her photos. The third shoot was for Christmas pics and on three occasions she said she had to get going, she had another shoot. My 2 year old being cranky wasn't working well for her and she wasn't in the mood. Mind you she did nothing to help get my child to smile. I was running around doing all the work. she didn't provide me with my photos until the day before Christmas Eve so I was unable to send out Christmas cards. She overbooked herself and was too overwhelmed. Me and several others suffered because she was selfish and kept booking photo shoots knowing she couldn't deliver in time. Lastly, I had booked my daughter's 2nd birthday photo shoot. Before the session I asked if I would have the photos in time for her birthday and she said no. I told her I understand and asked for her to please refund me the deposit. I have screenshots of the conversation stating from her that she would give me my money back. she also said she was in to deep and couldn't believe she over booked so much. now she is ignoring me and won't give me my money back. It's just bad business. I hope this doesn't happen to others but I bet it has. Many of my friends and family will now no longer be using her after what she has done. Crystal, it's the principle. Please follow through on what you said. I want my money back. I do not recommend.
