Suddenly the lady working there came and said "let me take those to the counter for you" and basically took them out of my hands as her eyes were looking into the bags we were holding. We were stunned as we had just arrived and we hadn't really even began to shop. She didn't do this to anyone else while we were there. It was so incredibly offensive I just got the items back from her and left. My daughter and I discussed it and I went back and told her how offended I had been. She apologized that I felt offended but it fell flat and I don't think she was actually sorry. It was so weird and disappointing. Needless to say, this is no longer my favorite store in Tryon.

She has threatened to call the police multiple times on my sister who is in a wheelchair. I have lived in the area my whole life and have loved shopping here, but I will never support them again.
