It's a nice store; at least on the outside as they were still closed when I arrived. Items can be donated during normal business hours or a hospice truck will pick up at your residence. When we got it set up the mattress was so lumpy she could not sleep on it. I called them on the following Tuesday and the manager told me they do not stand behind their product. I spoke with the manufacturer and they said this mattress was sold as a sample mattress 2years ago. The manager suggested my mother probably needed to purchase twin size mattress because she probably didn't weigh enough for the queen size to perf properly. So my mother is left with a $800.00 mattress she can no use. I'm just saying.
