Food is solid, nothing fancy, but all cooked well and delicious. *Best onion rings I've ever had, none of that bite in and pull the whole onion out leaving just the batter business, no these come apart perfectly. When I went in and asked if they still served it, she said, "we haven't sold that in years." Yikes. Seated immediately. My choice! Waters super prompt. Very very nice waitress. Will scope for her name! Zucchini, Ceasars, Philly steak, and a quasadilla. Yum! Can't wait to dive into these! The quasadilla was good, nice flavor. Served with guacamole and sour cream. Zach is light and crisp! Really good! French Fried awesome! Philly steak was really good! My daughter says a 6 out of 10 lol. The Cesar was ok, the dressing is not the best Cesar I have had. Would love to try breakfast next time!! Great food and service. We ordered the following items to go and everything was hot and delicious. The desert burger is made with a thick and wonderful delicious ground meat burger serviced on a fresh airy bun. The fries taste like freshly sliced russets. The roadrunner burger was just as tasty with bacon and avocado. The house coleslaw is very tasty. The patty melt was just as delicious as the burgers and was served on a wonderful marbled bread. The mahi-mahi tacos were grilled and extremely tasty. The pinto beans and rice that came with the tacos tasted like a home cook who spent a lot of time with fresh ingredients. I regret Idid not get our servers name but she was wonderful and packed everything up so nicely for our to go order. We were waiting in my car and she brought it out to us in the rain. I also regret not getting any pictures before my family devoured their dinner. We will be back and will take more pictures. Other things to know is there is plenty of seating inside. The menu is extensive. There's something for everyone. I have to try the dessert menu. There is also plenty of parking in the parking lot. Oh and they have a nice looking bar selection. read more

This little off the beaten path restaurant is exciting. The menu has more than enough choices. I started with the Garlic Lemon fried zucchini. It was so good, I ate half of the order. My next temptation was the clam chowder. I liked the clam chowder but I think adding a little butter to finish it would make it outstanding. I then tried the chimichanga. It was filled with carnitas and fried to perfection. The flavor was very good. I highly recommend it. The service was great. My hubby and I eat there often. Homemade food that is perfect. Hubby loves the burgers. I enjoy the BLT or blackened chicken. Oh the fries, yummy. We have a cold beer and relax to the beginnings of rock n roll playing. Owner/staff is courteous and loved. Seriously, try it out. read more

Service is always great. All are polite and attentive. However....... We went to dinner with friends and ordered dinner. Our friends a nachos came out and the cheese was minimal at best and rubbery and let's just say they looked microwaved. The carne asada was basically non existent in them as well. She sent them back without any issues and ordered something else. My turn off was that we were told by the waiter that they do prepare the nachos in their microwave. That's not what anyone expects when they go out. What other food items do they nuke in a microwave???? I had the mahi mahi fish tacos. The fish was hard and had no flavor. I didn't send them back but maybe I should have. Wondering it they were microwaved as well. The burgers are great but the microwave admission has me thinking we won't be going back. I have never been brushed off as much as I was by this woman at this establishment. We proceeded to place our take out order which was at a total of $117. Lastly we have a little boy and wanted to order a grilled cheese. She stated that was not possible because how did she know we weren't trying to pull a fast one with a kids meal?! Ma'am we just placed $117 worth of takeout why I. The hell would I try to pull a fast one with a kids meal? If there's a policy that's one thing, but to assume we were trying to pull a fast one by ordering a kids meal and thinking we were ordering for an adult? COMICAL! I don't care how great the reviews are, to be treated in such a manner I will never return. My husband and I go to this restaurant frequently. We often meet up with friends. Shelley and her staff provide outstanding customer service. They make you feel welcomed the minute you walk in. They are always friendly and attentive. My burger is always cooked perfectly, their salads are crisp and fresh, and soups are amazing. I love all the soups I've tried especially the Louisiana bean. Food is very good. We had the shrimp scampi, chicken Marsala and tilapia dinner. The food was cooked perfect. Wine reduction is not easy specially if u have 3 orders all at the same time. Service could use a boost. 2 servers and 3 tables (2 to 3 people per table), so not crowded at all, and still waited 20 minutes to see if someone would come check on us, however they did not. We finally left and went to Carrera's where we were served right away. We've been to Roadrunner before, and found that the food is good, but service is not. We went for our first time tonight. We had seven people and they arranged the tables for us right when we got there. The waitresses and staff are really friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. They have a nice selection of meals. They also have a full bar. While some of the other restaurants in town have gone down the tubes this place is Top Notch. Give them a try! read more
