From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, colorful, and welcoming--think beachy charm with a touch of artsy personality. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which sets the tone for a relaxed, enjoyable meal. The food is where this place really shines. Breakfast and brunch are standouts, with creative twists on classics. The French toast is thick, fluffy, and perfectly sweet, while the omelets are loaded with fresh ingredients and cooked just right. Their baked goods--especially the muffins and pastries--taste homemade in the best possible way. If you stop by for lunch, the sandwiches and wraps are equally impressive, packed with flavor and generously portioned. Coffee lovers won't be disappointed either--their brews are rich and smooth, pairing perfectly with the menu. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared, not rushed or mass-produced. What really elevates Andy's Flour Power is the consistency. Whether you're a first-timer or a regular, you can count on great food, a laid-back atmosphere, and service that makes you feel like part of the community. If you're anywhere near Panama City Beach, this is absolutely worth a stop--especially for a slow, satisfying breakfast that sets the tone for the rest of your day.

Overall, a nice place to grab a bite of breakfast. We had a party of ten on a Saturday morning, and…read morehad to wait around 30 minutes. Once we sat down, our server was on it. Food came out quickly. I had the biscuits and gravy and a side of home fries. The biscuit was dry, but the gravy had a nice taste. I would have appreciated more gravy for the size of biscuits. The home fries had a nice flavor to them as well. What I was really impressed with and don't see often is the manager (owner?) going around to EVERY table asking how things were and if anyone needed anything. In this day and age, I'm impressed by this level of involvement with patrons.

I ordered a latte with normal sweetness (they also ask you to pick the level of sweetness). Which was well made and tasted great. They have ice cream too but I haven't tried the cream yet, but it appears to be the good quality kind. I may skip the crepes and get ice cream next time to see. The service is GREAT. They are always kind and their costumer service was wonderful at each visit I've had so far. The lighting is great. Their main window gives a lot of natural light. Seating is plentiful, but if you have a big party, you'll need to make arrangements and probably call ahead. The parking is decent, but slightly awkward when coming from the back of the building. It shares a parking lot with Little Caesar's pizza. Easy access to get back onto 77 from front of building and close to Publix and Aldi so you can get some shopping done too. I would've posted a pic of my crepes... but those were the first to go... like it was my last meal. No time for pictures. Try them you'll see what I'm talking about. I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to come back with friends and family.

Came downtown to grab dinner but the place we intended to go was closed, and after checking other…read morerestaurants in the area, we ended up at Harrison's. We ate here on a Sunday night at 5:30 - half of the tables were empty. Our service was absolutely horrendous. We were seated for at least 15 minutes before we finally flagged down a waiter and asked them who our server was. After another 5 minutes, someone came to the table and gave us a lame excuse about our table being assigned to someone who had left earlier. They brought us our drinks, and then our appetizer - we got a burrata salad which was okay but nothing amazing. For advertising "sliced heirloom tomatoes" it was disappointing to receive a mix of cherry tomatoes. Even after the long wait to be greeted, it was also a very long time before the food was served. My food (blackened shrimp tacos) arrived lukewarm and was alright. My partner got the grouper imperial - he enjoyed the sauce but mentioned the rest of the dish was flavorless. My mother-in-law got the braised short ribs and was disappointed when her "roasted vegetables" arrived raw. Granted - they did give us a 20% discount because of the awful service, however knowing the service is so bad it has to be discounted without even saying anything is disheartening. Ironically enough, as we were getting up to leave, a table seated well before our departure was complaining about how nobody had been to their table to get their drink order and it had been a while. Ultimately, not worth the price for the food, and the service was bad enough that we will not be returning.

Ordered the fried pickle chips, which were good. Also tried the fritters. Those were "not so much" when it came to taste. Our waiter, David was very attentive and very personable. It was a bit pricey for everything we got, but you live and learn. Beautiful bay view!

But once I took my first bite, I was pretty satisfied. I had the country-fried steak, along with mash & gravy, and rice & gravy. It was good, and for under $20, I really can't complain. The place is huge, very spacious with both indoor and water-side outdoor seating.... something I'm not used to seeing in Los Angeles. It almost felt like a studio set at Universal. Definitely a lot of Bayou character! Service staff was young and friendly, without any of the pretentious I'm used to in La. The folks are real, and I appreciate that. Because of the limited menu, I'd advise you call ahead and make sure it's something you like, cuz if it's not, you're SOL. I like it. I'll definitely be back.
