Pharmacy called us upon receiving our cat's faxed prescription from our vet to advise that since this was for a compounded medication they required a credit card number in advance, which was fine (I hope - lol!), & the medication was available for pickup the following day. Folks were friendly over the phone, & husband had no problems when picking up the medication. Cat seems to be tolerating medication fine, so I'm assuming everything must be (as it should be) identical to what we were receiving before. So far, so good, & I look forward to finding out if the trend continues when I need to renew out dog's medication.

My uncle has been with them for two months and, so far, everything they said about how they operate has been true. They are easy to reach and they don't hesitate to contact me with any issues my uncle may be having including any time he visits the doctor. For someone who lives in another state, it gives me great comfort that I can call and reach someone at any time and that they, too, call me consistently to give me updates. The people who work there have all been kind and all seem to work together well. My Uncle has enjoyed the varied menu of food offered at meal times (he loves not having to cook). And there are PLENTY of activities offered to the folks who stay there. There is more to say...but more than anything, we feel they are a place of integrity and they treat their clients well. Willow Moon's schedule openings were available on line which was nice so I could just go ahead and pick one, then receive an email confirmation. I just got back from my appointment and will say that Michelle is great. She seems strong enough to be capable of working out the worst problems in heavy muscles and yet skilled enough to turn it down for someone like me in pain. She asks lots of questions and gives advice afterwards to make sure you get the most out of the experience. The office is a bit hard to find and she has a small treatment room but I was completely comfortable and had a great experience. I'll definitely be going back. Tip: if going for the first time, leave a little early or get specific directions, I was a bit late because I relied on my GPS and didn't leave enough time to correct for it.
