From initial quote, where the team even connected via text to have a clear understanding of my tint request, to the after service care, it's been great. The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. The car was incredibly well maintained and the interior looks almost new. You can tell immediately that they care about the vehicles they sell. But what impressed us even more were the people. This is a small dealership with some of the nicest, most genuine and honest people we've ever dealt with buying a used car. It was exactly the OPPOSITE of the stereotypical used car lot experience. We walked in around 6:00 and didn't even realize they had closed at 5:00. They never mentioned it, never rushed us and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. They were incredibly hospitable, worked with me on the price, and even took care of a couple of things on the Prius for us. Another huge plus is that they actually know hybrids. They service and repair hybrids and hybrid batteries, so you're not just buying a hybrid from a lot that doesn't understand what they're selling. Financing is available as well. From beginning to end, this was just a genuinely pleasant car buying experience. If you're looking for a used car, especially a hybrid, I would absolutely recommend giving these guys a chance. Not only was his price fair, he was very helpful, his work was excellent and he went above and beyond, as I was making my decision on which tint to use, he came out the next time he was in the area and tinted one of my windows so I can see if that is the level of tint we wanted to go. After a week, we made our decision, the sample window tint he did was EXTREAMLY helpful, it removed any regrets later. When he was here, I asked him to do two very small bathroom windows which was not part of the original work order, he did and wasn't even going to charge me.
