The only minor critiques are that they send you a link to an app to check status of car, but no one updates it so it is not helpful. My car was delayed for a few days and over the week, but I was able to work around it because I work from home and use ride share services. I wasn't thrilled the last day as they called me in the am to say that the car was ready and being detailed. I waited all day and no call. Finally at 4:00 I just headed over as I was running out of time to Uber there. It took them a while to get the paperwork and key found, but the car was out front ready to go. The minor inconveniences aside, the people were great, the repair looks great and I would go back again, but hope I don't need to.

Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, convenience, and professionalism are getting harder to find these days. George his Detailer installed new leather seats I had purchased to replace the old one that had cracked. I thought I could do that job myself but when I read about how detailed it is with the connected airbags and the seat disassembly I decided to call a professional. Drakes gave a great quote and they did fantastic work. I even had them do a showroom detail while I was there and the car now looks like it just came off the lot. With the replacement seats up front and the newly cleaned and conditioned rear it looks amazing. I just need to break the front seats in a bit because I had not removed them from the box to let them flatten. By the way Blanca the leather seamstress does incredible work. Before you buy anything online to install you should stop to see what she can do. It's very reasonably priced and exceptional quality. For the exterior George was great! His buffing detail was amazing and he even touched up a couple of paint chips with the tiny little brushes that he has. A gentleman stopped by to get gas at the adjoining Sunoco service station and he walked over to see how my car was turning out. He had a 2014 Chevy SUV that was black like mine with heavy oxidation. He couldn't believe how new my paint looked after the claybar and buff. And it was even before the full wax. He said he'll be back next week.
