1-Star Review -- Extremely Unprofessional Experience…read more I had a very disappointing experience with this shop owner Jose and would strongly recommend watching the videos of my interaction before deciding to bring your vehicle here. I made it clear from the beginning that I had no problem paying the $125/hour labor rate. My only concern was simple: if I'm being billed hourly, I expect the time I'm paying for to actually be spent working on my vehicle. When I arrived, I waited about 10 minutes, and even called to let him know I was outside. Meanwhile, he continued working/sodering on another vehicle. When I politely explained that I didn't want to be charged hourly while he was simultaneously working on someone else's car, he immediately became defensive and accused me of "questioning his integrity." That was never what I said. when he came to my vehicle. I nicely handed him the manufacturer's instructions for the lighting kit I wanted installed, and instead of simply looking them over, he rudely tossed the instructions aside (shown in video) I tried to be friendly and ask him where he's from etc but From there, the conversation became unnecessarily combative and argumentative, with him repeatedly telling me what he would and would not do. Things got worse.. Thankfully, the interaction was captured on video, so people can judge the behavior for themselves rather than simply taking my word for it. I came prepared to pay his stated hourly rate and simply wanted clear billing and professional installation of equipment I already had. Instead, I received an argumentative and dismissive attitude before the job even really got started. Customer service matters just as much as technical ability. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this shop. Watch the videos and decide for yourself before spending your money here.

I can say that no matter how hard a stare at car and look at different angles it looks good. The only minor critiques are that they send you a link to an app to check status of car, but no one updates it so it is not helpful. My car was delayed for a few days and over the week, but I was able to work around it because I work from home and use ride share services. I wasn't thrilled the last day as they called me in the am to say that the car was ready and being detailed. I waited all day and no call. Finally at 4:00 I just headed over as I was running out of time to Uber there. It took them a while to get the paperwork and key found, but the car was out front ready to go. The minor inconveniences aside, the people were great, the repair looks great and I would go back again, but hope I don't need to.
