There was a 15 minute wait and there was hardly anybody inside the restaurant eating. There was only a handful of tables. So clearly at this point they were shortstaffed, which is understandable at that time of day. Next, we were seated after our weight and we ordered two drinks from the bar. It took about over 15 minutes for those drinks to show up. We ordered an appetizer of the avocado egg rolls. Those were great. We then ordered our meals and the employee never wrote down our order. In fact, no employee ever wrote down anything. They just commit committed it to memory, which is fine unless you forget. And that's exactly what happened in my case. They bring out our dinner and my wife's order was correct and mine was a completely different dish. So I had to wait 20 minutes for them to remake my entire dish. Meanwhile, my wife has already finished her meal. I was not very happy and on top of that I figured at the minimum they would probably not charge me for the errors that they made. Nope they did not. They didn't even offer any type of concession. Now I did not ask for one because that's not something that I do, but I think in this situation they should have tried to do something. Because of this, I will never go back to this place again. The service was absolutely abysmal. There's better places to eat around here like Shoal Creek. This cheesecake factory is small and it just was not very impressive at all as far as the service goes. The food was fine once I got it. But the point is it was our anniversary and we wanted to enjoy our dinner together yet we got to eat separately. So thanks cheesecake factory for ruining our 13 year wedding anniversary with your terrible service. Definitely will not be going back here and I do not recommend this location. I'm giving this two stars because the food was at least good.
