They told my kid that had cherries and could put one on top of her ice cream. Next week a different employee said they can't do that. The third try took 15 min to give us a "chocolate ice cream cup with fudge and strawberries on top". This order wasn't very good, the fudge was too thick and it was like a hard sauce with strawberries from a can. It was barely half of the cup and didn't look pretty, didn't taste good and she couldn't even finish it. My order was a Kit Kat shake. The picture on the menu looked pretty with whipped cream on top with Kit Kats sticking out. What I got was a small shake, nothing on top, and very dense which made it hard to drink through a straw. I had already left by the time I tasted the drink but the least they could do was offer some store credit or something. It doesn't really matter, I'm not coming back.
